      This has got to be the WORST BANK EVER!! They continuously withdraw money from your account, double paying bills etc keeping you filing a dispute until finally you close the account! Then you get a letter stating they settled a dispute and credited your money back to you. Then you try to pick up your money and they won’t give it to you. What do you do now??

      Frustrated at Cadence Bank because for some reason they can not get this loan officer ***** ******* off of our construction loan. It took us 3 attempts to close on our loan. The first attempt was cancelled because he was not ready. The second attempt we had to cancel because 3 hours before closing the advised us the closing cost had changed due to his error. We were prepared to close but the closing amount changed to 5 times the amount that we were supposed to pay and He advised us to just pay it and was unapologetic about it and we cancelled the closing. On the third attempt it took for us being frustrated to get the closing done.

      Worse bank ever.. do not switch your money is definitely there money, they will make the same transaction show pending and deduct it from your available balance and if u make a deposit it will magically be pending off that deposit also .. 2xs they got me and had no explanation for it rather then to say .. it just looks like its pending twice .. liars and scammers ..do not trust there bill pay either

      The mobile app is horribly outdated. The transactions are all out of order and they don’t tell you where the money was spent for a few days or the time. Not only that but with transactions being out of date you will find that your account will have the wrong number marked in your balance. I recently had $200 in a checking account. spent $50 and now suddenly have $40…Its not because of a glitch but because they are just now marking purchases from days ago. It’s extremely frustrating trying to manage your finances on an app like this when so many other banks offer better. i understand that from time to time you will have a delay maybe from a restaurant and such but this is every purchase. I will be using cash from now on until i switch banks. so try cadence if you like just remember you’ll 2-3 business days between individual purchases in order allow your account to catch up. Oh and if you want to get on the phone with customer service to get it figured out keep dreaming. i figured by the time someone answered i’d be 6 feet under.

      Bancorpsouth was awesome. Cadence bank took over and lost all customer service and reputable business practice. This SLEEZY company has my account set up to DECLINE a transaction if there are insufficient funds. They did not decline 2 transactions and then had the audacity to charge me TWO overdraft fees and refused to remove them. I will be closing my accounts asap.

      My husband and I have been banking with Cadence Bank for over a year I have had several issues customer service is really rude would not return my overdraft fees when I have all my screenshots the representative did not want to give me the email address to send my proof I had to tell her that I was given the email address before when I had this issue I just did not have the email address with me my husband's last paid there was ACH payments in federal payments that was having trouble with people's deposits going through my husband's was one of them there was bills that were supposed to be coming out my husband's pay was not in there I was charged overdraft fees each representative States something different than the other payday I had money in my account or Spectrum eat your presentative States differently will not refund my overdraft fee and was very rude was supposed to transfer me to a manager and hung up. Thank you, ******

      The worst bank ever. Had a fraudulent charge on my account and now I have to wait on an investigation for them to credit it back to my account. Smh sad.

      This is the worse bank I have ever been with. They bought my bank bancorpsouth and everything has gone downhill since. I recently was a victim of fraud where someone hacked my Google account and stole my banking info. I reported the fraud to them and they denied it without asking for any information. All of my other accounts approved my case. I submitted the police report and the other banking institutions approval letters. I contacted them because they threatened to close my account in the middle of a fraud investigation. I recently found that they have closed my account. The fact that they refused to accept the facts of the case is appalling.

      Cadence Bank is a DISASTER. I was a customer with BancorpSouth for a decade with no problems. Within 4 months of Cadence taking over, I was DROPPED as a customer because of 'fraud'. I tried to deposit a large check and it was flagged for fraud. WITHOUT ASKING ME ANYTHING, those ****** stopped allowing my auto payments to clear. We went into the bank to show them that this was not a fraudulent check. They were about as caring as a fence post. Remove your money and don't waste your time with those disloyal, backward focused ****.

      Don't want to give that one star! This bank is racist and the practices are not geared at minority owned businesses. The branch in fulsur tx makes racist statements and then claims victimization. When calling to closed the accounts, customer service reps don't document the calls correctly or even at all. They will lie to you and have you thinking that your complaint will be escalated only for it to go no where, where they intend it to go, due to the overwhelming negativity that they already know is happening. I asked for over a month for the account to be closed and a refund to be given. To date I haven't spoken to anyone within management inside of corporate. This bank was reprimanded for it's practices and to devalue the money from all walks of life that put them in a public trading standpoint still at this point is shameful. I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank with them, you will have problems based on what I experience.
