PrintingCenter USA has been printing my annual calendar for quite a few years now. The templates are easy to use; cost is reasonable, customer service is fast and friendly (the only time I've had to use chat they were quick and helpful), and they have always shipped on time. The most important factor for me is that I can depend on the print quality, the first company I've used that is always right on for color, matching up with what I have on my computer. Previously I used printing companies that might have the right colors one time and way off the next. That never happens with printingcenter usa. While I rate them a 5, there's always room for improvement. I would like to see a reduced price, like maybe 10% off, when the need to reorder arrives. I think it would be great if they had more variety in styles of paper (like a recyclable paper option), and it concerns me reading about the data breach that I haven't heard about before. But because of their great quality and service I will continue to use them for calendars and plan on using their service for postcards and a book I'll be designing next year.PrintingCenterUSA

Offering more recyclable paper options and reordering discounts are excellent ideas, and well share them with our team as we strive to enhance our services. We intend to roll out a loyalty program next year which will reward you for your continued business and repeat orders. We are already testing many different recyclable paper options to provide this to you. The stock we already use is 15% Post Consumer Waste.

*************** USA has been our go to for years now. Running a Non profit we create a calendar. It is very high quality and our donors love them. ******************* has been printing my calendars for years and this year, as with all previous, they have printed a calendar worthy of all the work I put into it throughout the year. The calendar's recipients always comment that the quality of the printing surprises them in a good way because it's often far beyond anything they would find in retail. I am picky about my work and picky about customer service, and ******************* always meets or exceeds my expectations. I would not consider using another printer.PrintingCenterUSA
