    On 11.1.22 I took a loan for ******. I was informed today my payoff is over $600. To date, I have made 9 payments of $125.67 for a total of $1131.03, almost 3 times what was borrowed. I asked for a settlement and was denied. I would like for this account (004513357-00) to be closed and considered settled for the amount that has been paid to date.

    First, we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some background information on our company, its business practices, and our actions in response to our customer.  ****************** is committed to complying with the principles of federal consumer protection laws and regulations, as well as the laws of the Fort ******* Indian Community.  Cash Advance Now discloses the total cost to a borrower if only the minimum payment schedule is followed, and we inform our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing.  The APR is prominently displayed in loan documents that are reviewed and signed by the customer.

    Second, we certainly understand that everyone faces financial difficulties from time-to-time, but the loan agreement signed by ********************* is legally binding.  Thus, we have every right to expect payment as scheduled in the agreement.  To date, ********************* has only made a partial repayment towards the total outstanding loan balance.

    I took out a loan with this company about a year ago. For amount of the loan you will end up paying almost 4 times the amount of the original loan. Disgusting!!! They call me 5 times a day. Even though not on do not call list. Say I still owe $700 . How? My original loan $500. I already paid $1448.50.

              Second, we would like to address *********************** concerns regarding calls from Cash Advance now while on the Do Not Call list.  Our records indicate that ********************* contacted Cash Advance Now on March 10, 2023 stating she is on the Do Not Call list.  Our records also indicate that Cash Advance Now has not called ********************* since and the customer has been placed on our internal Do Not Call list.

    Finally, the loan agreement signed by ********************* is legally binding.  Thus, we have every right to expect payment as scheduled in the agreement.  To date, ********************* has only made a partial repayment towards the total outstanding loan balance.  

    We will communicate with ********************* directly in an effort to resolve their concerns.  Correspondingly, *********************, at their convenience, may call our customer service line, and they will be directed to a representative who can assist them with any additional questions.

    Borrowed $600 from Cash Advance Now in August 2022. I have paid more then 3 times the amount back already. this is insane. I am barley working having financial hardship at the moment. My wife is in and out of hospital and I must take care of her so there for cannot work much. called them they said its 700% interest. I can not afford to pay anymore. they're wanting over $3,000 back from a $600 loan. They are totally ripping people off here. be careful they don't tell you about the 700% either!!

    Second, Bright Lending informs our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing, and we even encourage our customers to prepay (with no penalty) to reduce the overall cost of borrowing.  We go further and inform our customers that our product is not meant as a long-term financial solution.  We also allow our customers to cancel their payment obligations under their Loan Agreement (at no cost), no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain time of the next business day immediately following the Disbursement Date.

    I took a loan for $500 from Cash Advance Now. I have paid over $700 in weekly payments, which more than pays back the loan. I have recently lost my job and am unable to continue paying almost 400 a month to them when I have already paid back the $500 I borrowed.

    I received a $500 loan from Cash Advance now and have more than paid it off with the payments made this far. I became ill and was unable to make payments considering I was in and out of the hospital and not able to work. When I thought I was on the mend I went back to work and set up a payment plan. After making a few paymentsy I again became ill and was hospitalized and off work for several weeks now because of a DVT. Both times when I was unable to make payments I attempted to contact Cash Advance Now both through the online chat (which does not work) and only shows offline even if you fill out the message info you dont get contacted back and phone. No matter when I called I received a recording stating operation hours even if I called during those hours except for once when I spoke to an extremely rude lady who would not even discuss any options with me and ended up disconnecting the call. I can not access my loan documents online and have not been able to resume payments due to being off work still. Ive paid back the amount borrowed and another $500 or more on top of it. I have been unsuccessful trying to talk to someone and really cant afford to make the payments in the payment plan option.

    Second, ****************** strives to provide the best customer experience possible.  After reviewing our communications with *********************, utilizing the phone number we have on file, we have found only one call with **********************  During this call, ********************* requested a pay in full amount.  Cash Advance Now gave her the pay in full amount and the customer had no further questions.  Furthermore, our collections team has made numerous of attempts to reach ********************* via phone and email, with no response to either of these communications.

    Third,we certainly understand that everyone faces financial difficulties from time-to-time,but the loan agreement signed by ********************* is legally binding.  Thus, we have every right to expect payment as scheduled in the agreement.  To date, ********************* has only made a partial repayment towards the total outstanding loan balance. 

    Nevertheless,to amicably resolve this matter, Cash Advance Now will ****************************** account for what has been paid, and we will consider this matter closed.  This will be notated in ***** Smiths file,and we will block their identifying information in our system unless indicated otherwise by them in writing.  We will be following up with ********************* with an email confirmation of this resolution. Correspondingly,*********************, at their convenience, may call our customer service line, and they will be directed to a representative who can assist them with any additional questions.
