    Bought a new ** fridge in Nov, 2024. In March, 2025 the water and ice stopped dispensing (through front door, and ice bucket, respectively). Called and emailed ** multiple times. The ** CSR told me their factory service team would reach out the next day to schedule servicing. Within a few hours, ****** at M and M called and set up an appt. Unfortunately, the appt was over five weeks out- it seems they are understaffed, but I bet they wouldn't be if companies like ** made dependable products. First world problems, understood, but it still stinks to have your new fridge stop working five months after purchasing. Anyway, leading up to the appt., they(******) texted me as a reminder. *****, the tech for our area, showed up on time, was professional and personable and explained to me the issue with the fridge. Great guy; every one should be so lucky to have a repairman like him help them. Unfortunately, he had to make a return trip for a semi-related problem, but they were able to schedule that appt much quicker, and it took all of 20 min to fix. I took a star off this review not because of that, but because the second time around, when I called to address the semi-related problem, the answering machine would not allow for a VM to be left. On top of the aggravation of the water dispenser/icemaker not working, and the wait time before the appts., now I had to email, also. That was a little aggravating. Again though, if companies like ** made dependable products like they used to, there probably wouldn't be a need for overwhelming the repair companies.

    I had great difficulty in getting a response to a Frigidaire factory warranty work order. Many voicemail, text and email messages before, finally, a response came offering a service date beyond what had been offered by ********** directly. My understanding is that M&M responses to Frigidaire are automated, so one end was not speaking directly to the other. And yet M&M was slow to be directly responsive, which could have helped solve the problem much earlier. On to an alternate source.

    How do you get this service on phone, to vertfy the service is going to come to your home? All I get is a recording to go to a web site, which I can not find.

    This team is great! Quick to respond, clear plan of action, service completed with knowledge and friendliness. I highly recommend you call M&M for service and appreciate the **** service center who initiated my claim for warranty for my washer.

    This is the company YOU want to repair your home appliances! We had a very noisy fridge that created nearly constant vibrations that could be heard throughout the house. M and M spent over 45 minutes disassembling and carefully reassembling our fridge which stopped all of the rattling and grinding. Amazing work! Nobody telling us thats not a problemjust hard work and good results.

    I had M&M factory service repair out this morning to do a factory warranty repair for an appliance I purchased at **********. I cant say enough for service tech ***. He was very professional very punctual very knowledgeable and very considerate for my house. He deserves 10*s. I was dreading for company to come out after having such bad issues with ***** City repair guy. I was told my $4400 kitchen aide refrigerator was a piece of s*** and he complained the whole time he was at my house after 3 visits due to the same issue I finally got a new fridge (he actually blew the compressor up due to not knowing what he was doing. Even caught on fire. *** was training ***** and he also had those great customer ********************** skills and was interested in learning. These guys loved their jobs and it showed thru their demeanor. The part had to be ordered and I hope they will be the ones to return to change out the parts. I cant say enough good stuff about both guys. The company is very fortunate to have such dedicated employees. I would use them again and again.

    I have a Hisense Refrigerator purchased from Lowes in *******, delivered by ***** in ***********. When this appliance was less than 90 days old, it began flooding my kitchen. M&M is the third party warranty repair for *******. After multiple calls to Lowes, who refused to help, multiple emails and calls to *******, that gave misinformation repeatedly, I made a formal formal complaint to the BBB against Lowes and reversed charges for the refrigerator. I finally received an email from ***** saying their Executive Customer ********************** would contact me within 2 business days. On day one, ***** Scheduling finally calls!! I asked if they were now answering their phones, because for 2 weeks, a recording said, phones out because of Hurricane (******). I LIVE where there was damage, and phones were restored, not *********, **!! She said yes, they had been closed for training! More misinformation. Bottom line, my service date is 10/30 between 1-5. Today is 10/15. Ive been trying to reach repair services ALL MONTH!! I want this appliance out of my home! I never want to purchase from ***** again. I never want to deal with M&M again. I will never purchase anything ******* again. Buyers beware. Shop local in house repair only.

    I think unless its a quick replacement of a part they dont know how to do the job. They will cut every corner possible just to make sure it is done. My machine worked for a month and then crapped out. Had to get another company in to fix it properly. The only business they get is through Lowes warranty and they do Lowes warranty work because they have the cheapest work. Save time and call someone else.

    We do apologize you did not have a good experience with our business however we do not only do business for ****** warranties and we certainly do not allow our quality of work to be affected by the payout. I do show the service was a bit delayed due to waiting on approval from your warranty company for the parts needed for replace. I additionally show that when the appliance needed to be rechecked we were able to get this rechecked the same day. On your last work order we show a refusal to schedule on your side. I am glad the other business was able to get you taken care of and repaired. Have a wonderful day!
