    Excellent service! ***** quickly fixed the problem with my dishwasher. He was very personable and professional. We will definitely call M and M Factory Service for any other appliance repairs.

    This company took almost a month and a half to fix our washer when we put in the repair request. They did not fix it properly even telling us at the time that this may not fix it if it messed up again it would need a wiring harness since they just did what they could I asked them about going ahead and fixing it and they said just let them know if it gave us trouble again and theyd fix it. Less than a month later and sure enough their temporary measure failed and we contacted again and low and behold it was going to be another month before they could fix it again even though they shouldve done it properly last time its ridiculous that theyre one of the only company that lowes contracts through for our area because they did a awful job and didnt properly repair and then afterwards didnt want to own up and fix their mistake without making us wait another month its one of the worst customer ********************** representatives *** worked with as well wouldnt use even if theyre the only option its better to just spend your money and use another company.

    I had a great experience with M&M! ***** did have to come out two times to explain to me things that the ** Mircrowave manual did not clearly explain. He was very patient and clear! Thank you, ***** and M&M!!!

    Had a great experience with this company. They handled the extended warranty for my dishwasher from Lowes. The service technician, *****, arrived right in the scheduled window, calling on his way. He assessed the problem, and had the part shipped directly to us. He came back again the next week and replaced the part. Had prompt replies to their email. Professional and polite service.

    This repair shop is terrible. Refrigerator was diagnosed in 2 days but repair appointment was not scheduled for 2 weeks even though the part arrived in 1 day. Customer ********************** hours are only mornings, emails sent that are lies, incompetent repair men. ************ lasted 30 days, second repair never worked. Repairman said ************ was not done correctly, second repair was worse. Called to report problem but closed for 10 days for holiday vacation. Lowes warranty service sent out this obvious struggling repair company. ***** would not replace the refrigerator until 4 repairs are done-this is ridiculous, I have a disabled son living in the house where the refrigerator is. I got fed up & bought a new refrigerator before I had a nervous breakdown from dealing with ***** warranty ************************************************ Stay away from this *************** warranty service plans!!

    They were supposed to handle my GE oven repair. They called me Tuesday morning and left a message. I work night so I was sleeping when they called, I tried to call back and found out they only operate their phones from 9am to 1pm. So a made a point to get up early the next day and called before noon, no answer. I left a message describing my situation and that I was available anytime between 12 and 5 for the appointment. Expecting a call the next day and not getting one I call back and this time get a message saying their phone lines will be down the next 2 days.. I left a message on their website again explaining my situation. The next day I get a message saying since they cant get in touch with me they have to send it back to the warranty company. Must be nice not having to worry about customer **********************. This company must be run by first graders.

    If you hear of this company RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!! I was privileged to speak with ****** (supervisor in desperate need of customer ********************** training) ********** french door ****** stop working on November 9, 2023. I purchased this product with a Protection Plan and called for the repair. I called for the repair. The appointment was scheduled for Monday, November 13th. I had to be off work for this appointment which ended as a NO CALL NO SHOW. AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES, I was disconnected, placed on hold etc. and received a call back on Tuesday, November 14th and spoke with a supervisor ****** (who refused to give employee identification info for reporting purposes) He only had excuses as to why there was a NO CALL NO SHOW. I have a family of 5. I've had to purchase 2 meals each day due to outage/no show. He was more adamant about his explanation as to why there was a NO SHOW (passing the buck) and not my issue. He was rude and told me if I were anyone else he would have been disconnected the call. I expressed this was extremely poor customer ********************** and ****** doesn't need this poor service. HIS response was, "Well we're one of ****** top repair companies" . With poor/rude service ****** will eventually lose customers partnering with M&M Factory Services. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCE.

    This place is a JOKE. I was having a problem with my side by side fridge called for a repair appointment when all was said and done, the appointment was changed 3 times each one was a later date. In the end I was given a repair date 3 wks out. I could maybe understand this had it been a washer or microwave, But I really needed my fridge working. I tried calling them for several days and got no response. I kept getting their recorded message but of course I wasn't given the option to leave a message. I sent texts and emails also with the same result NOTHING. I called a local repair service, ************ Appliance, and in less then 24 hours they were here. In less then an hour my fridge was fixed. 10 stars to ************ Appliance. When I called M and M to cancel the appointment I was on hold for almost an hour and you guessed it....no one took my call. I ended up sending a text and I will keep the text as proof that I cancelled. When buying any appliance please check to see who the company has doing their repairs.I had bought an extended warranty thru Frigidaire and they use M&M. I really wish there was a minus rating but 1 star was the lowest I could pick. PLEASE DO NOT expect any service from this place.
