    Will never order from them again. I spent $100 on ****** tubers from ***** Brothers, and the experience was very disappointing. When my order arrived, a tuber was missing, and others ones I did receive were broken or in very poor conditiondefinitely not planting quality.I submitted a complaint and was told Id only receive a small refund for the one missing tuber. For the others, I was given generic planting instructions, despite clearly explaining the damage. The response didnt address the poor condition of the shipment or offer a meaningful resolution.If youre considering buying ******s from ***** Brothers, be cautious. The quality has noticeably declined, and they seem to excuse errorslike sending only one tuber per bagas human error. I will be sourcing my tubers from smaller flower farms that prioritize quality and customer service. Sadly, ***** ********************** no longer seems to value either.

    Absolutely Shocking -- WORST GARDENING EXPERIENCE EVER Absolutely Shocking! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL BUSINESS. THEY SENT ME ROTTING ELEPHANT EARS BULBS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. IT IS NOT A SERIOUS BUSINESS. STAY AWAY.

    Unreliable company Ordered Million Bells flower seeds . Seeds came from ***** after about 6 weeks and they are Petunias, not what I ordered. Never again will I buy from them!!!!!!!!!!

    Ordered seeds, they said it has been shipped and I should expect in 2-5 business days. Tracking Number provided does not exist. No more correspondence now

    I ordered ****** worth of perineal wildflower seeds after2 + months all that came up were 4 inch white flowers all identically the same. So disappointed. A flowering season gone to waste. I wont use them Any more.

    I order 2 large packages of low profile wildflowers and ended up with an extra large bed of solid night shade that I am struggling to get rid of with 2 stocks of sunflowers. Thankfully my zinnias were nice but no variety. At least they had flowers. Not ordering this year as I have in the past 3 years.

    Charged me $166 for perennials and then they generated a label but never shipped the product which never showed up in the **** system. **** refused to refund me when I asked why I never received the items I paid for. This was the response (which is total lie btw I called the post office and they don't recycle tracking numbers every 120 days and this took place in July or less than 120 days): *************** **** recycles tracking numbers after 120 days, which is why you are getting that message. As it has now passed 120 days, we aren't able to determine the tracking and delivery of this portion of the order. We have included a copy of the original invoice below. As we note in our Return/Refund Policy, missing products must be submitted to Eden Brothers within 30 days from receipt of the package. As it has surpassed this timeframe, we are unable to offer any means of resolution. We sincerely apologize that we are unable to be of more assistance!"

    I ordered several varieties of zinnias. None are what they're supposed to be. They replaced one packet that only had 22seeds. The replacement was nothing like the picture. Double vs single flowers.
