    I can't believe how much I spent on zinnia seeds with Eden Brothers this year...to only end up with junk non-specific zinnia flowers. And even some of those didn't germinate. They even sent me one of the packages (I ordered enough 3 times to get 'free shipping') with postage due.

    My granddaughter ordered zinnia seeds as a gift for me they were supposed to be 3 or 4' tall with giant blooms. I planted them and what I got was. 12 to 18" tall and the flowers were small maybe 1 1/2" to 2" across. Very disappointed. Won't order there ever again. And before someone asks yes I did give them some miracle grow. Just didn't get a miracle.

    I contacted them twice thru their website for a unfulfilled order despite charging my credit card on June 5th. I did not get any response, I called them twice but all I got was an automated response which was of no help either. I wish there's a 0 star because they don't deserve even a 1. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I ordered ******* planted them as instructed. They grew a little but then died. I asked for a refund which was put back on a card I no longer have. I have no way of finding out what the credit card info is. I think it was a gift card MC. After I used it I shredded it. They refunded the total to that card. And now they wont send me the money in check form. I cant get in touch with MC and if I could all I have is the last four digits of the card. Eden Brothers says there is NOTHING they can do.

    I spent over $500 and all I have is grass and weeds growing. Many years prior to this year all my seeds were successful, Nothing this year.

    I wish I had read these reviews first - I NEVER would have placed an order!!!I ordered on May 21st. Money was taken from my credit card. No communication about my order. I called and emailed on May 30th - no response. Talked to someone on May 31 who said it would be shipping today and an email would be sent. No email. June 1st I called to cancel and they said it already shipped. Got the shipping email while I was on the phone with this joker. What a shady company. Horrible communication. I don't have confidence in the product! Oh well, live and learn. NEVER AGAIN

    I can't believe that I spent top dollar for speciality ranunculus corms, that I then spent 5 months nurturing, just to get BASIC colors! I purchased the romantic and bridal mix varieties and got nothing other than dark pink and white. I'm so upset over this and wish I'd read reviews sooner. Coincidentally, a friend told me she's also had bad experiences with Eden Brothers, receiving wrong colors and diseased plants. Unbelievable!

    Emailed them to see where my order is apparently they will contact me in 3 days. I ordered the 17th of May, and still have not received an email saying they shipped my seeds. Everything I ordered was in stock. Tried calling 15 minutes ago and I immediately get a message that says sorry, we can not answer the phone right now call between Monday through Friday 9am-5pm ITS THURSDAY AT 12:15pm!!!! I am contacting my bank to get my money back. I doubt they will cancel my order. Avoid at all costs. Their positive reviews must be fake.

Our apologies if you did not receive our email response that was sent on 5/25 alerting you to the fact that your seeds had shipped. The response email contained the tracking information. **** shows your order was delivered to your mailbox on 5/27. However, if these seeds never arrived, wed be more than happy to work on a means of resolution with you. Please know, there was a small window of time where we were updating our customer service equipment to better serve our gardeners around the county that resulted in a short period of down time on the phones.     I would not recommend. I had a significant order of seeds and not a single one germinated. As an experienced gardener and having success Year after year with similar varieties from a different (far far cheaper than ***** this was a disappointment. I have put word into their customer service but have yet to hear back.
