Worked with ****** ****** and she is amazing! Very efficient, quick to understand the support needed, and provides necessary information per client request. She was also very helpful with offering suggestions to have a better experience for customer care and travel arrangements. Will be booking soon!RSI Vacations

Since this review, the service experience has taken a major decline. Well documented encounters with customer ******************** should be available for review. Additionally, I learned about how often RSI representatives have answered the phone or returned calls stating theyre with *******, the company I thought I was actually doing business with. I have been trying to use this program for a year since I purchased it and every time so far it has been more economical for me more to purchase on my own. have been unable to find any real deals on travel we've wanted to takeRSI Vacations
