5 starsHad a great experience with *******, he really knows how to take care of clients. I will use him for all my future bookings. The one suggestion that I have for the company is that they should have a dedicated representative assigned to handle each high end client. This way they know what the client is looking for and this will make the process smoother for all concerned.Review fromDean S

1 starDeceptive advertising and a waste of time. My wife and I went to one of their seminars and the gifts we were promised were not gifts. At the end of the seminar, after we decided not to join they handed us a piece of paper with instructions how to redeem our "gifts". They were merely just a sales gimmick. You had to pay a processing fee and jump through a few hoops to get what we were promised. No Thanks! Be Aware. If this is how they conduct their sales seminars I would definitely question the services they are promising for $13,995 plus $898 in fees.Review fromAmy R

***** was extremely helpful! She helped compare my resort selections, answered my questions, and directed me to how/where I could locate the information after our conversation. She line items what I should expect and she did everything she said she would. I appreciate her patience as she assisted me with my reservation. She provided quality customer service and made sure I understood.

The 60 minute video call lasted almost 2 hrs. At the 60 minute mark the sales person had just finished telling us all about himself. I also had a medical emergency during the video session and tried to get the attention of the sales person but he seemed to not be able to deviate from his banter. He had told us in the begining that if we left the video we would be dropped from the call, so after he ignored me, I tried the chat function with him and the 3 other employees that were listed as being on the call. Nothing. Not the kind of customer service that I am willing to pay big bucks for. Of course, YMMVRSI Vacations

RSI has an amazing customer service group. They helped place my family into a new location after they experienced terrible welcoming from their very first vacation home rental in *******. They called me right away when they opened and started the investment into the issue and started searching for a better place for my family. Out of my daughter's and granddaughter experience of their first trip the new location they were placed at and RSI help was the best over all and I am so grateful ??.RSI Vacations

We went to a Travel and Adventure Show. They said they were RSI vacations from ************* We were promised Free ****** dinner voucher and plane tickets for 2 with a hotel for attending. The vouchers that we received for the airfare cost ***** to redeem, plus ****** for taxes and fees. Don't fall for this, it's a rip off!!RSI Vacations

We would like to learn the name of the company that conducted the seminar he attended as we are not able to determine which of our clients held the seminar. We have no idea which of our clients we need to contact regarding Mr. ********* concerns. Our clients have a contractual relationship with us for whom we provide travel and travel fulfillment services for their members. RSI Vacations and our clients are separate and distinct companies that are owned by unrelated principals. RSI Vacations had no involvement in the membership sales process and had nothing to do with the vouchers Mr. ******** received. RSI Vacations (**************************) is a business to business provider of private-branded leisure lifestyle and travel benefits programs. If Mr. ******** feels he has been contacted by anyone representing themselves to be from RSI Vacations or affiliated with RSI Vacations we kindly ask he please provide the name of the company that held the seminar as we would like to contact that company to learn why they are claiming to be us. RSI Vacations had nothing to do with the vouchers nor the sales process.
