    I ordered on 8/29/22 and it has been 37 business days since I ordered. Per their policy, the items should have at least shipped. I have reached out to them multiple times with no help. I just my money back considering they have already charged my card.

    I purchased $83.46 worth of “pre order” items from this shop. After reading BBB reviews, I had a feeling I had been scammed. After three attempts (one via Instagram comment and two via email) to contact the shop, I have yet to receive a response. I believe this shop to be completely fake/fraudulent with no intention of ever sending product. I would like a refund immediately. I have attached pictures of my receipt, payment from credit card detail, and email attempts.

    I ordered clothing from this store for my son two months ago and have not received any of the items.

    The “company” has stopped responding to any of my emails or other forms of contact.

    The clothing purchased is for a small baby/toddler so if the clothing even does get shipped a few months from now my son will no longer be able to fit into it/seasonal change in weather.

    This company will not respond with any updates or ways for me to cancel my order. They have my money and I have nothing.

    I made a purchase from them on June 21. Most of the items I purchased were labeled as preorder and it stated it would take 30 days to fulfil. After reaching out multiple times on a status, I finally received the shipment on September 17, almost 3 months after the order was placed. One item was properly refunded to me because they didn’t have it in stock; however, one item is missing and they sent me the wrong thing instead. I reached out to them on September 17, followed up on September 20, and again yesterday on September 27 and still have not received a response. Not even an acknowledgement of it being worked on. Extremely poor business etiquette and very unprofessional. I want my money back for the item I didn’t receive or the item to be shipped to me. It should not take this long to even respond to a customer.

    I placed an order on July 24th for 3 items that were on preorder. The items descriptions stated that they would be shipped out in 1 to 3 business days, and that preorders can take up to 14 days, but that you can email customer service for shipping updates at any time. I've never received a shipping notification. On August 10th, I emailed customer service for an update. 18 days later, on August 28, I received a reply stating that my order hadn't shipped yet because of 'additional delays' but that it was on it's way to their warehouse. I responded asking for another update and haven't heard back since.

    On 7/14/22 I made a four piece purchase resulting in a total of 98.22. Once my order was shipped on 8/17/22, I noticed the size of one of the items in the shipped order was correct and sent an email the same day to bring it to their attention. I never received a response and my order was delivered on 8/22. The wrong size item was then confirmed in the order, as well as a color discrepancy with another item in the order. The color shipped is drastically different than the color showed online. I emailed the company again the same day to once again being the incorrect size issue to their attention, and now to also request a refund for the item that was the incorrect color. I received an email response on 8/23 only letting me know their company does not do refunds or exchanges, but did not mention the fact that this was not due to error on my end or the error in shipping the wrong size. I responded asking for them to respond about both issues and haven't heard back.
