    Placed an order 6 weeks ago with no shipment. I’ve attempted to reach out to the company for an update and cancel my order. No messages are responded to and all bad Instagram comments are deleted. Just filed a dispute with all of the evidence to Affirm/Shop Pay.

    8/29/2022- purchased a pre-order for $77.40. The quoted time was 30 days. I reached out on 10-11 to inquire as some of the items were seasonal. No response. Now it’s 10/26. I reached out letting them know I would be reporting to better business bureau. I got a response with no info about my order just a link that tells me about pre order which states 30 business days (has passed) but a clause that they do not guarantee.

    I ordered 100$ worth of clothing on August 25th 2022. The items were PRORDER and their policy states they will ship in 30days. I still have not received my items (October 26th, 2022) not have I received a any communication back from the company after multiple emails have been sent. I have asked for a status update or a refund, none of which have been answered. At this point I will not be able to use the clothes and want my money refunded.

    I placed an order (******) on August 30th. My order total was $65.49.
    I have not received an order update, nor has my order shipped as of October 24th.

    I have emailed this company 4+ times as well as attempted to reach out via *********. I only ever receive a generic response with a link to their website.

    Additionally, I have attempted to leave a review on their website twice and they continue to delete any negative reviews from their site, yet will not respond to customer outreach to provide status updates on existing orders.

    Bought items from store and they were never delivered. My order number is *****

    I bought 3 outfits on 8/2/22 totaling $68.21
    They were listed as a preorder and was warned it would take 30+days. I emailed asking about an update on the order on 9/13/22 and was told the order was ready and processing. Emailed again on 10/11/22 asking about the order and a possible refund. Never heard back. Emailed again 10/23/22 asking for an update and refund. Company responded with a generic email listing their company’s shipping policies.
    Looking at the company’s social media page, it seems this has happened to many others. This company is a scam and is scamming new mothers.

    Placed an order on 8/30/22. Items were seasonal “preorder” with an expected ship time of 30 business days. After that timeframe had passed I contacted their customer service to ask when I could expect my items. They will not respond. Multiple other customers report having the same concerns/experience on their social media pages.

    Placed order for Preorder Halloween items in August with an estimated shipping time of around 30 business days. Attempts to contact seller through their online portal went unanswered. Still have not received shipping updates and Halloween is this weekend. Obviously will not receive items in time for holiday and seller is refusing to cancel order even with zero fulfillment information available.

    I placed an order for some clothing on August 21, 2021 and was told items would ship within 30 business days and i have yet to receive any update on my order. I have reached out a few times via email and also on their instagram page and have gotten no response. I bought 6 items for 134$ and just want and updat or my order cancelled and refunded my money as i feel i have been scammed.

    Placed an order on 9/15/22 to Bay Bay Boutique. Tried to reach out multiple times with no answer. Not looking like I'm getting my product. This is a SCAM and I want my money back.

    Ordered 3 items on 9/21. Spent about $55. Waiting for my items, and still have not received anything, no tracking number either. I’ve sent multiple emails and have not heard back. Left comments on their Instagram and they were all immediately deleted, left messages on their Instagram as well and nothing. It’s as if they don’t exist. They did take my money though.
    These items I bought were Halloween related, so at this point it’s pointless to even get them.
