****** is a chronic liar, uneducated in the law, and an extremely condescending for someone so impressively clueless. The man had to be told not to put a boot on handicap cars at my sister's apartment complex. This issue should not have occurred in the first place because of this law: 20-37.6. Parking privileges for handicapped drivers and passengers.(a) General Parking. - Any vehicle that is driven by or is transporting a person who is handicapped and that displays a distinguishing license plate, a removable windshield placard, or a temporary removable windshield placard may be parked for unlimited periods in parking zones restricted as to the length of time parking is permitted. Yeah, I know, it was private property. And the law covers that as well in detail. I can't quote the entire book at him, even if he probably needs it. I've never met someone so confidently incorrect. I guess he's so used to failing his way upward that he didn't know what to do when someone wasn't going to roll over and accept his usual drivel. He broke the law and refused to work with me or the property manager to rectify the situation, insisting that he needed to be paid to remove the boot. He then lied to me several times, claiming he had not been told to give me an extension before he booted the car and hadn't been told not to boot handicap cars. I know this because the property manager and his two assistants were extremely confused because they themselves had very different email and phone conversations with him regarding this. Next time I'm straight up calling the police or suing because I unfortunately have all the time to waste with lowlife scammers. ****** will not last in any business with his overly-confident attitude and lack of understanding of the law. I guess this is why he was so desperate for cash from a disabled person. Legal issues are expensive and he's bound to be wrapped up with them if he keeps this up.

The people that work here are a******* They booted my car even though I am registered with my apartment complex and have my permit on the car. They are liars and stealers. They dont care if this money spent getting the boot off is your last dollar and cant get food the next day. There is a special place in h*** for these people. They have no heart. And whats crazy is WE WERE REGISTERED!!!!! They prey on their own customers. Which is crazy. They charge you whatever they feel like charging. And they take as long as they please to get to you. They also dont care if you missed work because of this situation.

My son came to visit me for the holidays. I live in the ********************* and he is here to stay a few weeks. His car was registered longer than 7 days in the parking garage (news to me) and they put a lock on his wheel. I took care of the payment on 1/9 and also notified my leasing office to go ahead and add him to my lease so he didnt have this issue moving forward. He left on 1/9 and returned in 1/11, re registering his car. They put another boot on his car! When I called to say this was a mistake, the business says it doesnt matter that he officially followed the correct process after the 9th, but because their system still showed him registered consecutively too bad, we need to pay AGAIN! This is stealing and seems illegal. They dont have the system sophistication to end registrations officially at 7 days and this becomes a money trap for innocent victims. Its not fair and quite frankly seems illegal. The resolution to this bad business practice is to have an escalation process for complaints that allows for facts to override system defects and or design.

Hello,Visitors register for the amount of time they will be parked, vehicles must wait a full calendar day once their time has expired before returning. It would be the vehicle owner's responsibility to keep up with their registered time frames.Respectfully,LMS Parking Management

My daughters car was booted at her apartment complex yesterday. Both my daughter and I tried calling to dispute the booting but the manager (****) of that particular location (*****, **) with no success. **** claimed it was because my daughters car wasnt registered, but shes lived there for 3 years and thats the original car on record. She did temporarily switch cars out for a few days back in September, but she did her due diligence and called to report the new car and then called back to switch back to the original one. She has proof of the calls with length of calls made and even took pictures of plates on the days of the calls to tell them of the switch. When we both called to dispute the booting, **** said the call was never made, and that the original car was never put back on the account. **** claimed that he tells EVERYONE that they are to text him that information on his personal phone, but I can promise you that he never said that to my daughter as she (as would any college aged kid) wouldve much preferred to text than to have to call to tell him about the switching of the cars. On another note, ***** other vehicles were booted this weekend, what a racket!! Its absolutely ludicrous that in this day and age, that there is no electronic trail of any communication between this business and their customers. My guess is because they can always argue theirs vs their customers word and in their case, especially in *****, its almost always a college kid and they can claim they are lying. I ended up having to pay $180 to get the car unbooted. Theres a reason this company is a 1 star institution!

Horrible and rude the price changes constantly said 180 before 12am then the card they leave on your car says $20 surcharge between 12am-6am I called at 1116pm said someone will be dispatched to my car called back at 2am the *** says 50 surcharge with a 1.5 hour wait! The prices for a boot removal is horrendous and they just keep adding on more because they feel like its what they can do! Attitudes are horrible customer service is trash this company definitely needs to be investigated

You make up prices as you see fit. Ive know plenty of ************ my neighborhood preyed upon (when you're meant to keep non residents fron parking here) that have payed anywhere from $100 to $350 to have a boot removed depending on which junkie removes it and what kind of mood theyre in/how much they want to take you for so they can get their next fix

Such a predatory buisness, they prey on broke college students for hourly parking. They also are so strict on booting cars and it's ridiculous. They are just a burden in general.

I would not advise anyone to do business with this company. Not a nice company. I was booted because I accidentally mixed up the letters JHB when I registered on there website. During the process you have to take a picture of your tag and upload your registration. When I asked why do we upload the picture ******* Agent#**** told that is for the person registering the car not for the company. I am having to pay them ****************************************************************************************** their database. This company is really doing bad business. If you have a picture and you know I entered it in wrong why would you send me a email confirmation saying my car has been registered. Unfortunately my apartment complex Hawthorne at ************ has contracted this company and will not help residents when things like this happen.
