SCAMMERS!!! They come in the middle of the night (3am-5am) and boot cars of ACTUAL RESIDENTS. They wont look at or listen to any proof you have that you are a tenant. They charge some (me) $180 and gave others a discount to remove the boot from their registered vehicles because they know you cant do anything about it until the office opens on Mondays except pay. I have paid for two in one week and I sold my house and moved here to save money and minimize living expenses.now I have to move because these thieves are out of control. They tell you over the phone nothing we can do about it.

Scammers! Do not follow up with what they say their going to do. I was never contacted to get the decal for my new car when I registered the paper tag. Got my regular tag and assumed it was okay. 4 months later I'm booted. They couldn't locate my initial registration for my paper tag.

Bad policies like everyone else posting here, had a car with a temp license that I registered and got new license which I replaced and didnt update on system within 12 hours and had a boot the next morning. No flexibility or understanding of the matter just as everyone says want to make a profit and likely dont record all their earnings. **************** and should be investigated, however with this many bad reviews and no investigation dont expect anything to happen.

The last four my license plate was 1465 and I input 1456 despite getting a email confirmation and they still would not unboot the car without us paying. Absolutely ridiculous and they are preying on people waiting for them to exit their car and not giving proper time for people to scan QR codes to input their vehicle license plate. This company is a huge scam I hope to see their downfall. They will be messing with the wrong person one day and will be getting sued and everyone will get their money back.

Hello,When registering your vehicle it is vital to accurately type in the vehicle's license plate. That is why there is a large warning stating your vehicle could be wheel locked if the license plate is entered incorrectly. The confirmation email also has this same warning and provides you a copy of what you typed in so that you can verify if your vehicle's information is correct. Vehicles must be registered before being left unattended.Respectfully,LMS Parking Management

They booted my car, despite displaying the proper parking pass, in my own apartment complex. They scratched my rims and walked off whilst I was asking them why they booted my car when I live here.

Lms is scum. Nothing but crooks. I watched them literally park up the street and get out on foot in plain clothes to sneak around and boot people. Horrible company and anyone that works for them are horrible people.

I had a emergency with my son at my grandmother's house in the same complex he was staying there I had to rush there to get him and take him to the hospital I parked incorrectly because I was in a hurry just to come out and find a boot on my car if this was a bigger emergency than it was there could've been bigger consequences i don't make alot and I don't have another vehicle this is very unfair that on easter Sunday I have to pay almost 200 out of pocket

Targets customers. Offers bonuses and incentives for employees putting boots on residents vehicles at apartment complexes. Makes you wait over an hour for someone to remove the boot from your vehicle. Employees arrive with guns visible; making residents feel extremely uncomfortable.
