    Ordered an item paid for two day shipping. When I never received the tracking number took two days to get a hold of them because they dont have a valid phone number and was told they would reverse that shipping and then the package was never delivered. Got a run around for two Weeks then finally was able to get a refund. This is a dishonest company do not do business with them..

    This buyer was extremely abusive to ** and used vulgar language. We were very responsive to every inquiry he sent us. Even though there is photographic proof of delivery we refunded him in full anyway, just to stop the abuse.

    Ordered a catback exhaust for my C8 corvette. Order came in with fast shipping and quality experience with customer service via email. They answered my questions before purchasing and overall had a great experience. Would definitely order from FASTMODZ again in the future for other performance parts for my vette.

    Fair warning to my friends in the automotive circle, Ill start by saying the only reason i ordered from Fastmodz being they had a great sale on exhaust manifolds for my Z4, whelp, 40+ days later, a ship date come and gone and multiple ignored emails they canceled my order out of nowhere, didnt ask me if i wanted to cancel it, just bombed it. terrible customer service, unprofessional at best. Avoid this place at all costs!

    **** frustrating company to get ahold of. I had to open over 100 chats on their website over the coarse of a week to get into contact with them. I had sent many emails regarding my issues getting my order and I was told after finally getting in contact with them that my order was flagged as a fraudulent purchase. Im not sure why they had not contacted me about the issue or why they did not cancel my order. I urge that anyone looking into modifying their cars that wants to have their parts in a timely matter look elsewhere for service. I am a first time and a last time fastmodz customer and I am very dissatisfied with their service. Not to mention that I had to miss at least 5 hours of work Im the last 7 days trying to get in contact with them.
