  I would not buy another item from Fastmodz after purchasing a Koyorad radiator replacement for my ****** Tundra. After about a year of it being installed it started leaking out of a seam in the upper area of the radiator and antifreeze was pouring out of the defective area. When I brought it to the ****** dealer in *********, ** (they were excellent, by the way) the technician made a video clip of the leak. When I sent my request for a refund on this defective item, I also included the video clip. Fastmodz told me that it was the manufacturer's responsibility, but after contacting ******* who informed me that it was the distributers responsibility (I would never deal with an product made by ******* either!). So after being ping-ponged between the two companies, the issue was never resolved in any way.Both of these companies did not take responsibly for this defective radiator and after reading some of the other customer reviews posted here, it seems that this is just a normal course of business for them.

  We have diligently worked with ***** and *******. This is in fact a *** review but he left it for us and we are a reseller and his part came direct from the **** We never heard back from ***** with our request for more images as requested by ****. We can only do so much and if the *** requires more information and the buyer doesn't respond we are stuck.Per Koyo:" Yes, I was able to see the video and also showed it to my team members as well and we did see the leaking coolant.Our radiators are triple-tested for leaks before they leave the factory therefore if a manufacturing defect somehow slipped through, leakage is, in almost all cases, noticed at the time of initial install.If a leaking coolant is discovered at a later date, it is likely originating from a hose or other parts of the cooling system which could spray/drip coolant onto the radiator. Another scenario is the possibility of debris from the road or perhaps a dropped tool could have caused physical damage to the radiator itself. Photos of the uninstalled radiator in its entirety (as well as close-up shots of the problem area) could help in verifying this.At this point with the information we have from the customer so far, along with the fact that the part was installed over 1 year ago, we are regrettably unable to confirm that the cause of the leak due to a factory defect. If you can obtain the photos mentioned above, we can continue our investigation. "
