      This company is by far the worst they do not honor there work at all, 3 months ago my pool light went out and I called ****** poo and ****** **** told me that the pool light is still under warranty so they called pant air so they can schedule appointment to fix the light, so pantair came and fix the light and then 2month later the light didnt work when the life span on these lights are 3 to 4 yrs, so I call them back and they said they wont replace because is out of warranty they gave me a bad refurbished light and dont want to honor there stay away from them.

      Pentair has been terrible. My 2.5 year old pool pump that is under warranty went out 2 months ago and I still do not have a new pool pump.

      It took me quite some time, but I finally figured out the best use for a Pentair glowbright swimming pool light that is less less than two years old. Now that its full of water, its a great level.

      Horrible customer service. We had issues with our heater from the start "a lemon" lasted 2.5 years. They only warrant for 2 years when it should last much longer. Zero backing of their product and their customer service is awful.

      I purchased the ***** 30. Originally installed 9/12/19 by a pool professional. Warranty cell replacement 12/8/21 then again 1/17/23, now 5/2024 the sensor is leaking on the third replacement and Pentair wont replace the sensor. The NEW unit lasted a little over a year. (My equipment is maintained by a certified pool professional) so it is maintained correctly. If Pentair is sending a replacement part, one would expect it to last at least thru the warranty cycle of a new unit. Less than four years and had to replace it three times and thats the quality that Pentair wants to put out. Might have to go another way!!

      I have to agree with the rest of the review. Support is horrible! Used to be good but now they have gone overseas and AI. Useless. Spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone and go nowhere. Directed me to a company that doesn't even have an address??!! Go Hayward or any else. Very disappointing. A couple of years ago you got someone right on the phone and boom, problem solved. Must have changed ownership? Stay away until they get their act together. They sell automaton equipment and when it goes down you need help soon, not weeks or years. Only reason I gave a 2 star is that the equipment is good, just no support.

      Our Pentair pool lights all failed but were under Warranty. Local provider responded & replaced the lights under warranty. Eight months later one of the lights has failed. Pentair will not warranty the failed light since original warranty has expired. We don't use our lights very often. This light only had a few hours of use. The rest of our equipment is Pentair & has been very good. I would recommend their pool equipment but use a different pool equipment manufacture for your lights. **************, ******, **

      **************** bought brand new master temp 400, 2 months the heat exchanger went out. All they would say was sorry you mustve had bad water balance, nothing we can do. 5k down the drain.

      No customer service at all. I had a pool company I stall a new mastertemp 200 heater. Nothing but problems, and absolutely no help from Pentair. Don't buy anything from this brand.

      Horrible customer service.Purchased a $2300 system for my parents in 2021. We needed it serviced because it wasnt working, but pentair doesnt service their products, nor will they direct you to someone who does. The customer service is horrible. It has been over a year trying to get help with the water system and I still do not have it fixed. I would never recoomend this company or product to anyone.
