  Products are poorly made And wont stand behind thier products. 1500$ filter didnt last 4 months and its clearly a manufacture Defect and they will not cover it. ***** will get you people.

  **************** is HORRIBLE. Spent $4700 to replace Pentair water feature LED lights that were out of warranty (after 4 years). Pentair had to replace them again and now 3 lights are out. Sent replacement lights but missing 2-assessory kits needed for the bubblers. I have waited since June 15th and tired of calling and getting lip service. I can order on line and pay $68.00....well worth it rather than put up with this crumnmny Company.!!!!!Pentair is HORRIBLE! Could tell you more about the idiot they sent out to replace the lights but I could go on....and...on....DON'T USE PENTAIR!

  They do not stand by their products, my pool was installed in 2021, and less than 3 years later the cell intellichlor IC 20 (Chlorinator) went out and the pool turned green, and I started an online claim on 4/28/2023, they gave my claim to Palmetto Pool Doctors LLC to check it out, and they never contacted me nor came out, then on 6/20/2021 they gave my claim to ****************** who did promptly contact me via phone, however, I had went ahead and purchased a new one for $1200, did Pentair think I was going to leave my pool green for over 2 months! until they got around to replacing it? I have reached out to them multiple times via emails and phone calls with no success, they should at least reimburse me or pay me something, as it's their product and reputation on the line.

  In 2018 I built my pool and I made the huge mistake of putting Pentair equipment because they said they were among the best, (Lies),In less than 5 years I already changed the pump for the second time and the cell that already broke again and since the guarantee is three years from the date that you put it in for the first time, now the second cell that I put in two years ago New year, it is not under guarantees! It is the worst guarantee on the market because it runs from the date of the first application! That is, every two years, as has happened to me, I have had the bad luck of having problems with those equipment the third that you put even if they are new the second you have to pay in full ************ is really a scam and I do not recommend it to anyone, I never imagined that in this In ******* there was a guarantee as unguaranteed as this one, be careful customers who intend to opt for PENTAIR equipment!!! I have spoken twice with the Spanish-speaking person ******* and this one with his supervisors and they say that the second placement of the cell was in ********************************** 2018 and that it is not covered by the terms of their guarantees !! !

  Very disappointed I Bought a pentair pool pump because I was told they where the best but I found out the hard way they are a piece of ****, never again will I buy pentair anything. ????????????

  I am a new customer to ********************** pool and spa, using the apt. After 2 months of use, I think Pentair has the worst system on the market, and if you thinking about buying a Pentair system, DONT be a fool !!!!This is absolutely the worst pool system and apt I have ever Used !!!! The apt must have been designed by drop-out college students. it is IMPOSSIBLE to use, and poorly written. Also, when contacting customer service, they are clueless as to whom I should talk to about my problem. Their policy is to forward you to another customer service personnel that does not know anything about the problem. If you are considering installing a pool , or updating your pump, heat system, DO NOT USE Pentair.

  For years, all we wanted was a pool. We finally get one after a lot of money put into it and we question our pool pump working, call our pool people. She said she would have someone come out the next day to look at it. Well, overnight, the pump cracked due to the weather. We did leave it running but we were definitely questioning if it was working. Called Pentair to see if it would be covered under warranty. We knew that the weather making it crack would be highly unlikely to be covered but thought if we explained, maybe they would look into the pump's functioning. They sent a tech out and they were here a whole minute and then said it cracked due to the weather. After many calls, many pleas, no one would take the time to even turn the pump on to investigate if it was even working correctly. I understand that the weather is not covered but when we did all we were supposed to do and it still cracks when we believed it was working, a good company would at least TRY and investigate. We have put so much money into this and now more....very upsetting!!!

  **** ******* was the original company who installed my water softener and reverse osmosis system. Pentair is now the company name. Was concerned if service would continue to be as excellent as it had been. Just had units yearly service and technician ***** was polite, efficient and explained the system to me better than anyone had before. I'm delighted!

  Had to replace our pentair ichlor system EACH year. Awful products and DO NOT recommend.

  Regular maintenance and proper water balance is critical to for the health of this product. A small amount of scale formation is normal and, it is recommended to remove and inspect the blades for scale formation and/or debris every two months. High water hardness areas may require more frequent cleaning. It is also imperative to keep the pool water balanced as seen on page 10 of the manual. Please contact Pentair with the maintenance and water history and a customer experience representative will reach out to you.
