    There seems to be no way to get in touch with anyone working for the company. I ordered a few products through the shop app which showed everything in stock. After my order it showed one was no longer in stock which I assumed I got the last they only shipped one little game and registered the shipping as complete taking my money and apparently keeping the $270 item I ordered because why not. At this point I must assume that they did not in fact have the item in stock and I'm just trying to take advantage of a glitch in the system because there's simply no one to talk to there's one email that goes unanswered and the phone number that no longer works.

    Shipping times vary and can take months, I understand. But, when your shipping tracker stops working and its been a year since the product shipped, and support ghosts you and the phone number doesnt work, theres a problem.

    So this company never shipped my package I paid $171 for two copies of a switch limited run release and they didn't even ship it out and now they're saying it was lost how could a company lose something like that in transit! Being the company they are in the reputation to have I would never order from them again! Poor customer service and you have to fight to get your money back. This is the last time they lost my business

    I have a few issues. My first one was an in store purchase. They had a game wrapped in plastic like it was new. When opened granted I live 3 hours away it was scratched horribly and not working. Their manager who I called on the phone advised that they test and check all games which was a bold faced lie. Second issue is that their manufacturing for an order is 12 months since purchase date. They send out emails but never have directly explained where the products are and why they arent in customers possession yet after a year. I do business with what are considered boutique labels for movies. I pre order from a place in ********* for movies that are limited print. They have more items in their collectors movies than your games include and they can go from preorder to my front door in 1 to 2 months. This is a sorry excuse for a company from retail to corporate you all lack what it takes to remain competitive. I get boutique label video games from Europe and ********* faster than 3 hours away.

    The game I ordered is fine. ****** is my wife's jam. Ordering this game from Limited Run was where I made the mistake. When I made the order, their site said this item was ready and in stock. Then took 11 weeks to ship it to me. 11 weeks! Worse yet, their customer service simply talked me in circles for about 5 weeks without ever actually answering questions as to the whereabouts of my item. All this, I do understand how limiting run work and when purchasing a game not yet in production, extended wait times are to be expected. However, this transaction was for a game that was listed as "ready & in stock". So an 11 week ship time is just unacceptable. Limited Run will not be seeing another order from me.

    I used to order from them en masse because their stuff honestly comes out great when there are few manufacturing or shipping problems. However, after waiting 21 months for a product promised to take no longer than 15 (no joke), I had enough and posted on social media about how bad its gotten. This was roughly at the same time as their New Years sale where they had found dozens of copies of a collectors edition they sent to me crushed a year and a half prior, while insisting they had zero product left to replace it because they only made enough to cover some of the poor handling they did. They blocked me over that. I was able to get a full refund for $4k worth of preorders but flat out refuse to support these jackals.

    Illegally fired their community manager just because a ********* felt seen. When I emailed them to complain, they cancelled my pre-order without my permission.

    I would honestly give this review absolutely ZERO stars if I could.This company sends no courtesy email updates regarding your order or your shipment. The only email youll get is one telling you THANKS FOR YOUR MONEY here is your order #. You get no status update emails even when the item ships.. which leads to my next rant;I preordered the game Ultra Age for my ******** Switch.. tell me why it was selling on Amazon months before I ever got my preorder copy! Right now Im still waiting on another order that I placed. This time it wasnt a preorder but a couple in-stock items. placed my order in early May, we are halfway over July and my item still hasnt shipped. Still have no other emails besides thanking me for my payment. This company is horrible. F-

    i ordered something from them in june of 2020 and it didnt arrive until november 2022. they kept assuring me things were well on their way and that it was nearing final completion.2 months went by and i told them if my product has not shipped by a certain date i will notify both paypal and my credit card company to opena dispute and get my money back. then i stated in my email that with regards to my credit card company its always in my favor and my money will return back to me but goes against them for the amount and more fees. i had notification of my shipment within 3 days and it finnaly arrived in novemeber 2022 at my cousins house because i had moved
