    No customer service. EVERYTHING is delayed like an insane amount. Horrible quality. I regret ever giving them my business. Preordered a product Dec 2021, page and description stated a 3-4 month turnaround. I am here June 2023 still waiting. I have 2 tickets waiting for a response as it says on the page that the products have been shipped out. Multiple friends bought the same product, we have never had an update at all, no shipping information, nothing. One ticket is from 7 days ago with no response, 2nd ticket from 3 days ago to a different team (I assume), no response. I know it looks enticing, but this is definitely a scam/not worth your money. I wish there were better alternatives, but I keep hoping another arises where they know how to actually run a business.

    I should have looked at this site before ordering from LRG. If rating this business from a scale of ****, 3 being incompetent and 10 being superb and customer oriented LRG is a 1 (one). FAR LESS THAN INCOMPETENT! I bought a game that they have on hand and three months later, the order is still reflecting as unfulfilled. Its as simple as grabbing the game, place it in a box, add a stamp and drop it in the mailbox. WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THIS PROCESS???

    I ordered a pre order video game from them. I was well aware of the long wait however it was been 7 months since my purchase and they said it would take 6 at most and I would like my product or refund back. They ignored every message I sent but the initial one I sent asking a question regarding the shipping info on the item I purchased the day of. I trusted them with my money and they have not answered me at all and I’ve done nothing but patiently wait nicely and give them chance after chance but however, I now believe that others should be informed of how this company conducts business and treats their customers in hopes that maybe they can save themselves some money and a lengthy headache. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars.

    Do they have any type of customer service at all? I received a collector's edition game and the box was dented and creased. It didn't happen during shipping because the shipping box was fine and the other 2 games inside were not damaged at all. The whole point of buying stuff from them is to collect and display it. I opened a case with them through their website and have not heard anything since.

    I'm under the same boat of not receiving a refund for my TMNT: ********'s Revenge preorder. I've gotten no response for order update nor refunds. At this point, I feel like they are stealing from me and the rest of their customers. I'll never order from these thieves again.

    Did a preorder with a game and bonus materials in November 2021. It is now January 2023, and I have not received any updates on this order from LRG. This order is over $200, and I have to manually check their website to see when it will be finished production. Very disappointing experience and once my remaining items are shipped I will now longer be dealing with them. Definitely no longer buying.

    Overall poor business practices. Refusing to refund after waiting well beyond the noted product arrival date. No communication, not email, phone call, not even in a letter in the mail. Worse part is they refuse to return the money. Will be forced to use a charge back.

    It's actually a brilliant scam if you think about it. Tell people you are going to ship their orders 9+ months after they get the money. It's too late to get a refund so you are just out the money. Total waste of time/money. Terrible company.

    I purchased $700 worth of items from Limited Run games on 6/14/2022. They have not given any updates within or beyond the "4-5 months following the close of a sale window" as to the production or shipping status of these items. They state on their website that sales are considered final but will accept ticket submissions for cancellations as case to case basis. Due to the recent scandal regarding the company and its business practices, I submitted a ticket for cancellation and a refund and they were supposed to have that ticket assigned to an agent and email a reply within 2-3 days. Well they haven't and won't reply to mine or anyone else's requests. They've now blacked out any contact on social media. In terms of customer service, they've seemingly gone complete dark. Not replying or acknowledging concerns AT ALL really makes me like I've been stolen from. I regret ever doing business with this company.

    This has to be the worst online retailer I have had the displeasure doing business with. I am currently still waiting for a product I placed a year and a half ago. I have placed this order in July 2021. It is now October 2022. I have received no updates or emails about my pre-order from this company. I have E-mailed them inquiring any updates about my item and they do not respond. The only updates are found on the companies website where the constantly keep changing the estimated shipping date. This company does not offer refunds either without a hefty stocking fee. This has been honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had online. I would not be complaining if the price tag for my item was not $250. This is insane that a company can have my money that long and not deliver on the product I ordered.
