      I will not recommend you to go #**** Take 5 Oil in **********! They ruined my 2008 GMC Yukon XL **** with a diesel oil into my gasoline engine! Now my Yukon is at Parks Chevrolet and asking for $10,452.51 to rebuild the engine. The Take 5 Oil store manager ***************** said "we will not be held liable for any repairs on your vehicle." He also said that standard oil change would not have caused this issue. They are definitely uneducated or unprofessional for real. my engine is not a diesel period.. ********** hurt a gasoline engine, technically YES! Gasoline engine ***** very hot around 4500-6000 degree. Diesel burn much cooler around **** degree, BIG DIFFERENCE! ***************** need to be fired period for not taking care of their customers when it comes to his employees messing up everyone's engines that they trusted them to change the oil for us. Now I will not trust Take 5 Oil ever! Please go to your dealership service or ********** or ********** No Take 5 Oil..

      One of the most expensive oil changes I have ever encountered $148 for the oil change $500 service call after my oil plug fell out of my oil pan. They strip the aisle plug out of the oil pan. Theres a big sticker right in the bottom With an arrow pointing to the oil plug 14 foot pounds torque metal shavings were found on the shroud around the oil pan

      I went to get an oil change on my Volkswagon Jetta first they came to me with my oil filter housing broken and started that it was broken and they did not take so it. So the very disrespectful worker was arguing with me called me a b**** in front of the assistant Manager and said move him off cars. I had to wait almost two hours for them to call the big Manager to order the part to my car and come fix it. I will never one back here again the Assistant gave me 1/2 off but who allows and employee to call someone a b**** a stay at work? Needless to say I will never go to any location again they lack respect for customers and integrity for acknowledging they could have broke the piece. They also let me leave knowing that the car was not safe to drive without the piece being in there. So I had to turn around and take it back to them. At that time I was told it is unsafe to drive. This has been a horrible experience and I will not be back at all.

      Terrible, *********** location is waste of time. First, I waited almost 50 minutes for one bay and there were only two cars ahead. However, 6 other cars which were in the other bays had already come and gone. Of course, your shady way of once you're in a line you can't leave, or I promise you now I would have left. Due to the fact that I had already waited so long, I went ahead and a bad decision by going thru with oil change. So first this moron named ***** asked me if I wanted a hundred-dollar oil change, I said no I want the cheapest and this moron kept trying to up charge me. So, you ask how did my experience went? Well, I didn't get my windshield cleaned, no tire checking, no windshield fluid refill, did not fill my coolant, oh and this a****** ***** broke my dipstick tip and left it on my battery. However, at the time I did not care if they cleaned my windows or checked my tire pressure while I was getting my oil changed. I did not know about nothing other then my oil being refilled under my hood until I left and checked. I just wanted my oil changed after almost a solid hour but what made me suspicious and got me to pull over and pop my hood was the fact that everyone else was taking about 15 to 20 minutes to complete their oil changes. ironically my oil change took what this crooked company advertise as a 10 -15-minute oil change. So, the first thing I noticed when I pop my hood was the tip of my dipstick being on top of my battery and my windshield fluid, coolant, and other things were not refilled. So, I immediately within 20 minutes headed back up to the Take 5 in ******* ***** then I ran into the *** what a joke ************** who spent more time wanting me not to yell and to cuss him out then to pop my hood see that half my services were not done, and my dipstick and been broken and left on my battery on purpose. That I wanted my dipstick taken out of my car and replaced. He just took my info and told me it would be 2 to 4 weeks. Worst business

      TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE on ******************* left my oil plug loose. I did not know because I thought my engine gaskets were leaking. The ******************* said it was not my gaskets and took a video of my ******* loose oil plug. I returned to TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE to ask for a refund. The manager refused and would not give me the phone number of the owner to whom I wanted to complain. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE SHOP UNLESS AND UNTIL THEY DIVULGE THE OWNER'S PHONE NUMBER.

      Improper Oil/Filter Change Leads to Engine Damage: On 7/10/23, took 2008 *** 335i to TAKE 5 on ****************************************************************, ***** for a safety inspection but failed b/c front right headlight was faulty. Took car to mechanic at ************* (**************) to fix head light & check oil leak. Previous oil/filter change done @ TAKE 5 on 1/12/2023. On 8/4/23, ************* reported diagnostic code showing failure of the ***** solenoid and/or electrical circuit b/c in the previous oil change, oil filter cap insert was inadvertently removed (have pic of oil ************ w/o insert). *** manual states Oil filter cap insert may have been inadvertently removed during vehicles last oil service. If insert is not installed it will result in non-filtered engine oil being supplied to the engine... clogging, or damaging the ***** solenoids. If oil filter cap insert is found missing, entire oil filter housing cap must be replaced. This was performed but persistent diagnostic code of fault for intake camshaft timing remained meaning car would experience performance issues & ultimately timing would be fully disrupted damaging the engine for good. Repair costs: $4690.86. On 8/4/23, I went back to TAKE 5, explained above & gave file containing documentation supporting above to manager ******** who never contacted me back. After multiple calls I talked with assist. manager who would review file and get back to me. 1 wk later still waiting. Before hanging, he told me that there was no way that an oil change performed by TAKE 5 cold have caused the above. Where is the sense of responsibility here? Judging by reviews below, in ************* Chamber of Commerce, this company has a track record of damaging engines and not assuming responsibility!!!!! Out of 141 reviews in BBB, they have a **** score out of 5! People should boycott!!!

      They are young idiots there. A new guy did my oil change last year. Then I went to ****** for my next one and they said whoever did your last one stripped the plug and it needs a whole new oil pan. They suggested I go back to whoever did it so they could remedy their mistake. I did and I guess they put a bandaid on it and said it was good now. Fast forward a few weeks and the oil plug is leaking again. We take it back to take 5 and they said it looks fine and its leaking transmission fluid not oil. We take it to ************ who says um your oil plug is stripped and its leaking oil not transmission fluid. She tells us to file a claim against take 5 and says she will fix it. She gave us a quote to show take 5. But take 5 denies our claim and says again its fine. Leaking again when we got back from trip. Take it in to take 5 and again they say they see no problem. So now its at ************ getting a $2000 new oil pan And we wont stop til take 5 pays

      I went to take 5 oil change and not even a week went by and all my oil leaked outta my car due to one of the employees leaving vessels over my oil filter and drilling the cap back on with the vessels in between. It took 3 months to get in contact with their higher management because they told me they didnt have any management at the time because they were moving people around. This happened November 2022. It now July 2023, and their corporate isnt responding either and Ive been trying all year to get this situated, I had my claim and all and their insurance didnt even respond. I have the pictures from the mechanic after the diagnostics check that proves the the incident is on them and still get nothing, it tried reaching out to lawyers as well to *** but I got dead leads , whenever I did reach a few they told me the situation wasnt enough for them to handle the problem. Take 5s only excuse about everything was we are still a fairly new company

      I been going to take five for years but I quit going because the service was gotten horrible but today July 17th 2023 I was driving by on ***************** n decided to stop glad I did there was three males working the first one greeted me with a water name ***** kept apologizing they will be there soon as possible I waited for at least 20 minutes but the manager he was limping n still hustling trying to get all those cars out in a timely manner then I met ******* he did my oil change very respectful n knowledgeable about my car clearly they need more help but never once complain these 3 men are the best and take five better keep them around !!!!!!! and they all deserve a shout out and a raise$$$$ II wish I was undercover boss because I would have taken care of them for life!!! these kind of workers you keep around keep up the good work guys and Hopefully Take 5 paid you great and get you some help ** in there soon thank you very much for your kindness today I will be back !!!!!
