      I own two trucks a 2018 dodge ram 3500 and a 2018 dodge ram 5500 both have brake system problems that I have delt with for the last five years and have taken the trucks to the dealership for and they were able to get the *** and traction control lights off for a short period both trucks have warning lights on saying *** and Traction controls are not functioning the national highway safety board put out a recall for this 12/24 and said its a fault *** unit on the 2018 rams Ive call the dealership and ******************** to try and get this done but all I get is they dont know when it will be done they are working on it to find a fix they have had 6 years to find a fix which is pretty simple change the *** unit out with one the works or offer to buy back the affected vehicles above what was originally paid for them as to cover set up and inconvenience for the customer to find a replacement

      They claim that you have to have ****** to buy car. They charged 1500 for 3 yr subscription, I called ****** they said its ******. This dealership is a scam beware. Not to mention when I told them I didnt want it the salesman told me they are losing money on car so they have to have it on there. I paid the advertised price not a ***** less?????

      I gave Hendricks in **** Nc plenty of time to apologize I reached out to handle this matter privately and no response so now Im here I was in the process of getting a car from here a 2019 ***** Bolt EV everything was fine until I got the car in my possession once the car was in my possession I still had to provide more documents on top of what I already had provided which was fine the problem came in when **** couldnt reach my employer to verify that I was employed there which he did poorly he didnt use any emails I provided nor did he leave a voicemail at all I understand not being able to reach my employer is frustrating because I do as well get frustrated when I dont hear from anyone at my employer in a certain time frame which I get that will happen they will get in contact with me when they can when a detailed voice message and a reminder email is placed every time those steps are put into place I receive an response I can accept that issue but I will not accept **** accusing me of fraud because of the simple fact he couldnt reach anyone at my employer I gave him several numbers to call along with an email he fail to use my supervisor said she have reached out to him several times even after I brought the car back she said she havent received no voicemail or email from anyone as of today this is where I get ****** off he accusing me of something thats not true but dont have the ***** to be proven wrong to apologize for his actions I dont care if I get the car back or not reaching out to my supervisor and receiving an apology for that accusation was all I wanted I had to fill out a W2 form and a w4 form from my employer Im currently working for and was gladly to provide that I never done fraudulent activities and dont have to for anything I work hard for any and everything I have Im a fresh entrepreneur of a hair brand and tutoring service for kids I dont need those false accusations tied to my name and still to this day I have PROOF he is wrong

      I guy Electrick charger for me hummer ev and after 3 week using it charger broke down and I take it to back to gmc ****** and they told me they cant do anything and and I have to spend another 600$ plus to buy new one. This is so crazy and dont buy anything for this location bc anything happen they wont cover. They will find any way to not to cover. Take your Business somewhere else

      I am shocked at the quote I received from this company at their ********, ** location. It is astronomical! I have taken my vehicle to another very reputable repair shop and gotten the work done for more than half off ******* ******* and Hendrick Auto Group's quote. $1200 for rear brake replacement (not rotors, just pads) on a Yukon is absolutely insane. $550 somewhere else. The list they sent me for repair was almost $12,000. The gentleman I spoke with when I dropped off my car was condescending and even ***** when we picked the car up after I told them not to proceed with any of the work they suggested. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this service department. It's funny how good their ****** reviews are and how poor they are at BBB.

      Terrible Service at **** Hendrick Chevrolet ****** I bought a 2023 ***** Colorado on Feb 1, returned it two days later due to a jerky transmission felt in the cold weather of the mornings only, and have been stuck in limbo ever since. Nearly a month later, I still have no answers let alone a resolution. My calls go unanswered, and the one time they reached out, they had nothing new to tell me. I had to fight just to get a rental. The lack of communication and customer care is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

      ******! THIS PLACE IS OVERCHARGING FOR PARTS AND LABOR, AND DOING A POOR JOB REGULARLY. I have been taking my 2006 ****** Sienna to Hendrick for about 10 years now. I wish I could say it has been a good experience but it hasn't. I have had them forget to bolt my driver's seat back down to the car after performing a recall service. If found out when my seat rocked while driving down the highway. They cracked some plastic trim on the outside of my sliding door when I had it in for repair. The tech tried to bondo it really poorly and didn't say anything to me. I had to bring the vehicle back and confront the service desk and tech to get them to fix it. Yesterday, I brought the vehicle in leaking coolant and overheating. The water inlet housing had cracked in the cold. They wanted to charge me $900 dollars to fix it. I went on another ****** shop's website to look up the part prices. Merriam wanted to charge me $30 OVER MSRP for each of the parts, which the other ****** shop was selling under MSRP. They told me, "It's a free enterprise. We can charge whatever we want." I asked how much labor was. It was a 2 hour job, so they were trying to charge me $700 dollars for labor. I don't know anyone that gets paid that much besides lawyers. They are out of their minds. I offered to pay them $350 for parts and labor, but they wouldn't do it. I went to Orielly's, and bought a better (aluminum vs plastic) water inlet housing, thermostat and gasket for $67 dollars plus $13 bucks for a gallon of antifreeze, and replaced the part myself in 2 hours with the help of a ******* video, and the car is running great. They are pretty much only good at routine maintenance. I have given these guys 10 years, and I am so disappointed. I hate to have to say this, because the building and amenities are so nice, and I want to pay someone to do this work for me. THIS PLACE IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND THERE WORK IS SHODDY IF NOT DANGEROUS.

      I purchased a vehicle from Hendrick *****, which included ************** Two weeks after the purchase, I refinanced the vehicle and subsequently canceled the ************** I was informed by the dealership that a refund for the canceled ************* would be processed and sent to me. However, despite being told this refund would be sent, it has now been three months since the cancellation, and I have not received any refund.I have made multiple attempts to reach out to my sales representative via email and phone, but I have not received any responses. Additionally, I have contacted the dealership and still have not received any resolution. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated by the dealerships failure to honor their commitment to issue a refund.

      Hendrick Chrysler Jeep, Fayetteville, NC is beyond ridiculous. If I was allowed to give no stars that is what I would do. They had a car of mine for over 30 days. The day comes when the car should be ready and I receive a message from the service advisor that more parts need to be ordered in order for the job to be completed. Furthermore, the part that the advisor said I would need is to help them do the job more effectively since there is a chance the ignition switch would break while removing it, however the repair instructions does not say anything about replacing the switch in order to remove the ignition cylinder. Also, they had to contact Chrysler to get the key code for my vehicle in order to program the key, why did I find the paperwork inside my car and it was for a totally different vin number. I ended up having my car towed to another shop and had the job completed.
