      I am shocked at the quote I received from this company at their ********, ** location. It is astronomical! I have taken my vehicle to another very reputable repair shop and gotten the work done for more than half off ******* ******* and Hendrick Auto Group's quote. $1200 for rear brake replacement (not rotors, just pads) on a Yukon is absolutely insane. $550 somewhere else. The list they sent me for repair was almost $12,000. The gentleman I spoke with when I dropped off my car was condescending and even ***** when we picked the car up after I told them not to proceed with any of the work they suggested. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this service department. It's funny how good their ****** reviews are and how poor they are at BBB.

      Terrible Service at **** Hendrick Chevrolet ****** I bought a 2023 ***** Colorado on Feb 1, returned it two days later due to a jerky transmission felt in the cold weather of the mornings only, and have been stuck in limbo ever since. Nearly a month later, I still have no answers let alone a resolution. My calls go unanswered, and the one time they reached out, they had nothing new to tell me. I had to fight just to get a rental. The lack of communication and customer care is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

      ******! THIS PLACE IS OVERCHARGING FOR PARTS AND LABOR, AND DOING A POOR JOB REGULARLY. I have been taking my 2006 ****** Sienna to Hendrick for about 10 years now. I wish I could say it has been a good experience but it hasn't. I have had them forget to bolt my driver's seat back down to the car after performing a recall service. If found out when my seat rocked while driving down the highway. They cracked some plastic trim on the outside of my sliding door when I had it in for repair. The tech tried to bondo it really poorly and didn't say anything to me. I had to bring the vehicle back and confront the service desk and tech to get them to fix it. Yesterday, I brought the vehicle in leaking coolant and overheating. The water inlet housing had cracked in the cold. They wanted to charge me $900 dollars to fix it. I went on another ****** shop's website to look up the part prices. Merriam wanted to charge me $30 OVER MSRP for each of the parts, which the other ****** shop was selling under MSRP. They told me, "It's a free enterprise. We can charge whatever we want." I asked how much labor was. It was a 2 hour job, so they were trying to charge me $700 dollars for labor. I don't know anyone that gets paid that much besides lawyers. They are out of their minds. I offered to pay them $350 for parts and labor, but they wouldn't do it. I went to Orielly's, and bought a better (aluminum vs plastic) water inlet housing, thermostat and gasket for $67 dollars plus $13 bucks for a gallon of antifreeze, and replaced the part myself in 2 hours with the help of a ******* video, and the car is running great. They are pretty much only good at routine maintenance. I have given these guys 10 years, and I am so disappointed. I hate to have to say this, because the building and amenities are so nice, and I want to pay someone to do this work for me. THIS PLACE IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND THERE WORK IS SHODDY IF NOT DANGEROUS.

      I purchased a vehicle from Hendrick *****, which included ************** Two weeks after the purchase, I refinanced the vehicle and subsequently canceled the ************** I was informed by the dealership that a refund for the canceled ************* would be processed and sent to me. However, despite being told this refund would be sent, it has now been three months since the cancellation, and I have not received any refund.I have made multiple attempts to reach out to my sales representative via email and phone, but I have not received any responses. Additionally, I have contacted the dealership and still have not received any resolution. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated by the dealerships failure to honor their commitment to issue a refund.

      Hendrick Chrysler Jeep, Fayetteville, NC is beyond ridiculous. If I was allowed to give no stars that is what I would do. They had a car of mine for over 30 days. The day comes when the car should be ready and I receive a message from the service advisor that more parts need to be ordered in order for the job to be completed. Furthermore, the part that the advisor said I would need is to help them do the job more effectively since there is a chance the ignition switch would break while removing it, however the repair instructions does not say anything about replacing the switch in order to remove the ignition cylinder. Also, they had to contact Chrysler to get the key code for my vehicle in order to program the key, why did I find the paperwork inside my car and it was for a totally different vin number. I ended up having my car towed to another shop and had the job completed.

      Service Advisor **** ******* , @ **** ******* Dodge ********** On Rivers ***********************, **. Is Where I Took My Vehicle For A Scheduled Appointment To Get A Diagnostic On My Charger 392 ScatPack & After Declining Recommended Treatment For My Vehicle I Received It Back With A Lifter Problem As Well As Other Problems Later I Reached Out To **** Several Times By Email And Was Ignored, After Getting The Diagnosis Done. My Vehicle Was Misfiring On Cylinder 3 & 5. I Admittedly Emailed The Service Advisor And Was Ignored As If He Was Discriminating Against Me And My Claims To Get Resolved.

      I purchased a car in December, and it has now been almost 70 days, yet I still havent received my temporary registration. While the salesman was a true professional and provided excellent service, the finance departmentspecifically ***** Coterezhas been a nightmare to deal with. He never responds to calls or emails, and his colleagues constantly cover for him with vague excuses, claiming they are "working on it" or that someone will "get back to me."They blame a third party, yet still claim they will file it and send it later to their titling agency. However, I later found out that they have their own titling department, making their excuses even more suspicious.I sent at least eight emails reminding ***** Coterez to send my temporary plates. He repeatedly promised that it wasnt a problem and assured me he would take care of it. However, the next day, he was off, and I was told no one had access to his files. After that, he stopped answering my calls and never replied to my emails.Another finance team member, *****, repeatedly gave me excuses just to get me off the phone, but nothing ever got resolved. They have ignored my concerns and talked down to me, as if I have no right to demand what I already paid ****** name is ***** ********, and I stand behind my claim. I am considering filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and will make sure others know about this dealerships shady practices. This has been a disgusting experience, and I regret ever dealing with them.I will also be adding my emails and phone call logs to back up my complaint.

      Bought a 2018 GMC Yukon Denali XL On 12/11/2024 ****************** Of **********I wish i could give them 0 stars, still is under the warranty and there is so much wrong with the vehicle Motor Mounts are broken, Transfer ******************* needs to be serviced, Coolant needs to be flushed ************* need to be replaced Air compressor for air ride is bad Struts and shock absorber are bad Passenger side running board motor is bad But they claim to have done a multi point inspection but never received the paperwork for it, They do not want to fix the issues we told them to fix before we even signed the paperwork to buy the vehicle.We have taken it to 2 different dealerships and they have not fixed anything that is wrong with it but yet say none of it got approved by the dealership we bought it from...All i got to say is stay away from this place and they will be hearing from my attorney

      We have bought a CR-V, VIN *****************, from this dealer on 10/22/2024. At the same time the finance manager sold us a service contract, #HATRJ1027292. The contract states we have 90 days for cancellation for full refund. We contacted the dealer to request for cancellation on 10/29/2024, only got calls from the finance manager two times on separate days to convince us not to cancel. We persisted for the cancellation and emailed through the dealer's different sites and finally got acknowledgement of our cancellation request on 11/6/2024 by finance associate which states we would receive the refund within 45 days. As this day of filing of 1/20/2025 we have not received the refund, even we have emailed two times since 11/6's acknowledgement. Also on 11/19/2024 we requested to cancel a oil change program Oil Change Program, #QCSRJ846010, of $396.95. The contract allows for cancellation. As of this day of filling of 1/20/2025, we have not received the refund.
