      Multiple bad experiences at Hendrick Acura in ****** (Southpoint). Car buying was fine and they threw in an oil change package during the buying process. I have been going to this dealership for the oil change package and decided regular maintenance could be done here too. At multiple visits I was given incorrect cost estimates, incorrect wait times, and incorrect info on waiting vs drop off. *** been told there was an issue at a visit just two weeks after my state inspection where everything on their checklist was green. Once you get a manager at Hendrick Acura, you are treated more like a human, but I received poor service from nearly every service specialist I worked with. My boyfriend came with me once and he was greeted at the door and treated with respect. The service managers talked to him and not me even though the car is in my name. As a woman I felt I received much worse treatment here than what I saw with my boyfriend. Save yourself a bad experience and go elsewhere for servicing your Acura.

      While visiting in ********** ** my 2019 ***** CRV broke down. This vehicle is 2.5 years old with a little over ****** miles. I had to have it towed to ***************************** ***** in **********, after the diagnostic test they said the wiring n the housing behind rear view mirror was broken and would cost me $500.00. They fixed the problem with black electrical tape and told me it was my fault because I hang my handicap placard from the rear view mirror. They said if it was fixed correctly it would cost $2,000 on a vehicle still under warranty. Im a 70 year old handicapped senior citizen that was mistreated at a ***** dealership

      Bought a vehicle a year ago. Put **** miles on it. Before I purchased I asked there was a problem with the navigation screen because it had a little shadow. They said no it was cosmetic. Well the system went out and the Dodge dealership said they didn't tell me the truth. The shadow meant the system was going bad already. Went back to the Dealership to ask them to pay for it and they said " Did it work when you drove off the lot" I said well yes. Their reply was its your problem not ours. Don't deal with this dealership because they will cover up problems and lie to you that there is nothing wrong.

      I had the worst customer service experience at the ******** **** located in ****** **. I purchased a new **** from them on August 17. I was told by the Sales Manager ***** I wasnt going to be charged for door guards thats wasnt on the car and the tint. I signed my Buyers Order using a Thumb Drive method. I was told by the Finance Officer that my car purchase paperwork was on the thumb drive and that he placed it in my owner ****** folder. I got home and realized I didnt have the thumb drive. I called the next day and spoke with ***** the salesman. He emailed me a copy of my Buyers Order. When I got my Buyers Order., I noticed they had changed my purchase order. They charged me for door guards which are not on the car and the tint that ***** told me he wasnt going to charge me for. Currently I still dont have my thumb drive which contains my personal financial information. They have put my identity at a great risk. ***** the Sales Manager cannot be trusted and he doesnt have integrity. I feel discrimination as a black woman. They changed my Buyers Order Numbers around and thats why on the day of signing they didnt give me my thumb drive or any signed purchasing paperwork so I couldnt dispute the charges.

      Worst customer service ever!! We chose this facility when a tree fell on my 2022 Acura. They are a certified Acura repair shop and could get our vehicle in the quickest compared to other shops. Funds from our insurance service were received by the collision center on June 1, 2022. They did not order parts until June 9, 2022. We were told they would not tow our car until all parts were received and they we ready to begin work. The week of June 15th we were told all parts were received with the exception of our windshield. They towed the car on June 23, 2022. After getting the run around for approximately 2 months from ********************* regarding the status of the car, my husband made a surprise visit to the shop August 18th to find out the car was sitting in their back lot, uncovered and untouched for 2 months. At this point the manager, ****** got involved, but did not take responsibility of the situation and made zero attempt to make the situation right. We have been without a vehicle for 3.5 months and made the decision to take our car elsewhere to be serviced. I would truly reconsider using this facility for any services!! The option to leave zero stars was unavailable, so that is why 1 is selected.

      There is no solid communication from anyone at this dealership. None of the employees clearly communicate with each other. My brother was trying to buy a car through them and decided to switch dealerships because of how bad communication was. A week ago they said they were processing the refund, and we were told 3 times by different people it was processing only to find out today that it was never processed and we need to pick up a check. My brother has driven 2-3 times to this dealership over an hour away, wasting gas and time dealing with these people. They try to be dodgy with you and never give a straightforward answer. There is a lot of sales pressure from them as well and they talk to customers like they're stupid. They also didn't tell us about dealership installs on the car, which should be disclosed to all customers. They only want to help you if you're planning on wasting your money. I only suggest this dealership if you're clueless.

      ***** I purchased a 2017 in March 2022, ***** Traverse, clean, ****** + miles, looks almost new. I was happy, but not with the interest rate. July 2022 I tried to refinance the vehicle at a lower rate, I was turned down. I purchased the vehicle at $30,000 incl. ************** PNC Bank said, no, it's only worth ******. I went to my credit union, I was told no, the vehicle is only .worth, ****** **** I paid $7,000 over the fair market price, at 11% that additional ******, so I'll be paying $47,000 for a vehicle that's only worth $******. Please help.
