1 starI have reached out to this company to no avail in July we purchased a 2021 *** X3 Black. *********** ***** was our salesperson. When we first started talking about purchasing this car he was on it, calling us, making the deal we wanted to happen, happened! We were very happy with his service initially. We picked up the car in July and were quick and easy. **** ***** was amazing and he was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our time with him. When we left and went back to our hotel (2 hours away) then went to dinner and noticed the right camera no longer worked and there was a small crack in the windshield. We immediately contacted ***** and let him know. He said he would take care of it and get back to us. We had to come back to ********* as we had to work on Monday.***** told us the plates would be to our house in 2-3 weeks and we had a temporary tag on the car. Fast forward to 29 days and the plates still were not there, ***** stopped calling us back etc., etc., we called ****, and we had no other choice. ***** immediately called us back and told us his phone was broken etc., etc., and we said we need the plates and we need the camera fixed. Another few weeks go by; because of **** we received our plates not because of *****. He finally got in contact with *** where we live and we were able to get the camera fixed. After two days of our *** dealer thinking there was a tracker on our car when it was a Lo-**** which ***** never gave us any information on either.Finally the windshield he made an appointment after months of nonsense to have it fixed, not replaced but fixed, wasted a morning at Safe Lite to hear sorry we cant fix it. You need a new one and it will be $1200.00 to which I said I am not paying a *****.This has been a complete nightmare and ***** did not come through like he should have. He got the deal and then boom he was gone. That is not how business should be done. We still have a broken windshield and no calls no nothing.Review fromJillian R

1 starI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this dealership that I feel compelled to share. I traded in my old lease, which was through a different creditor, for a new lease with ***** back on October 27, 2024. Since then, my old lease has still not been paid off, and as a result, my account has been marked delinquent. I am now stuck in a position where Im expected to pay both my old lease and my new lease simultaneously, which is completely unmanageable.Ive sent multiple emails to **** in finance to resolve the issue, but have gotten nowhere. Ive also made several calls, as well as my previous creditor, but no one has returned any of them. Its incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with no communication or resolution.I trusted this dealership to handle my transaction properly, but now Im dealing with the stress of a delinquent account due to their lack of follow-through. To make matters worse, I still have not received the new plates or registration for my new vehicle, despite the fact that Ive had the car for quite some time now. This has only added to my frustration, as Im left driving a car without proper documentation. It feels like the entire process has been mishandled from start to finish, and Im left in a difficult situation with no clear resolution in sight.I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to proceed with extreme caution.Review fromAMY B

1 starBait and switch! Should be negative stars!!! I was negotiating for a 2024 XLE Rav 4 at Hendricks ******. I was told the price with options was 42K. I said I didn't want to spend that much and asked what optional packages could be taken away. I was left with a new figure of ******. I said I really didn't want to pay more than 35K. I was asked to meet in the middle and I agreed and said I'd pay ****** out the door. After that I was switch to an LE model and signed paperwork without noticing the missing X (and I was told this was the stripped down XLE model). I picked up the car on Friday 11/22. I asked for copies of everything I signed at the time and was given a flash drive that "contained" them. I even told them that I was worried about what I was signing because I only had 3-4 hours of sleep the night before. That's why it was probably so easy to trick me. I realized the error when I looked at the car and tried to look for my paperwork on the flash drive. It didn't contain any of the sales documents I signed. Just the stuff about title, disclaimers, and power of attorney! (Supposedly for handling the title). I started calling on Saturday, but couldn't reach anyone. I finally texted and called my salesperson on Monday multiple times. I was told that I had signed the paperwork and there was nothing i could do. When I said their own website said I should pay ****** and Toyotas site 34K, they offered me $1,000 back. I said I wanted copies of what I signed and to know why I paid 2-3K more than any other consumer walking in from the street. I spoke to a sales manager who said the same thing. I want to know if I have any recourse now.Review fromMike S

1 starAbsolute c*** place, do not come here for service I spent almost 3 grand getting my transmission fixed, and then brought the car back because there was something scraping. They had forgotten to reattach part of my car and it was sitting in the trunk! Instead of putting a new piece on, or telling me, they said they fixed it back to specs.... By cutting it off and leaving the bottom of my car exposed!**** ******* is a criminal who deserves all the worstReview fromDeclan C

2 starsGetting my car financed was a nightmare. I've had it for 8ish months now, and it took nearly 4-5 to finally get everything confirmed and financed properly. Had to switch banks because the dealership dropped the ball on getting my info over to them, I had to call back and forth with the dealership and the bank to get a clear answer. The dealership kept blaming the bank but it was indeed the dealerships fault according to the original bank, who walked me through the whole process and explained what was missing and that they were waiting solely on the dealership.While this was frustrating, it was eventually resolved and I believed everything was fine, but at time of purchase I paid for 6 free oil changes and after my use of the first one, I encountered my first issue with the vehicle. After I left and drove home, my car overheated and told me to drive "moderately" I got home and went to check the coolant after letting it cool ****** was completely empty.I had coolant on hand and refilled it.I drive for work so I had to drive my car with the issue and monitored what was a very slow leak, and topped off. No way it could have emptied my coolant during the drive home. The coolant did not empty in minutes after I filled it, like they told me had happened.I go back to the dealership and they tell me they topped off the coolant during the oil change, and then I was told they didn't go anywhere near the coolant during the service. So the story changed. Naturally this is the kind of negative story you hear about dealerships and why you should never trust them, I thought I'd believe in giving them a fair chance and not judge a business based off some stigma for car dealerships. I was wrong.They responded and told me since I drove my car during the week, that I was caused the damage (I drive for work and cannot afford to miss a day)The gasket damage had to happen during that drive home, because I saw it that same day.I would not recommend this dealership.Review fromRobert S

2 starsI would give my service agent 5 stars but she was off the day this all happened. ZERO stars for ** and service ********** experience with a 3,800$ service.. ***** Camaro 11/21/2024 I was told my car would be ready for pick up after 3pm.I was unable to come that day and came the next day 11/22/2024.I arrived at 10:30 and was asked to wait a short while, I didn't make much of it. After ***** minutes I asked what was the problem, to find out the car was still in pieces and needed to be put back together..Two hours later they inform me the wind shield wipers aren't working.After I told them they were working before i brought the car in. The manager then had the ******** to ask if I brought it in broken.. I just paid 4k, I don't think i would cheap out on a windshield wiper issue..A loaner was offered but i didn't have my license available so the only other option was to get a ride home while no ETA was given for repairs.I called the ** on the way home, explained my situation which he was already caught up to speed on. His service manager clearly got in his head as he also asked if i brought the wipers in broken. He then stated that the car was NEVER even ready to be picked up to begin with.. After i already PAID the full price before picking up the car since I was told it was ready the day before.. oh and I was over-charged 1500$.. Once i realized the mistake, they sent me the 1500 back.. Which i'm still wating for it to hit my account although I do trust my wonderful service agent to get it done. I believe if she was present that day, things would have gone much smoother. But her manager and ** mishandled the situation. ** has yet to apologize or take ownership of the issue... I'm a customer since *******, and this might make me a FORD man or atleast i'll never shop at **** Hendrick again...The service agent did throw in a free repair she noticed i needed for my key and the manager threw in a detail.. 1 starI was told it would be a 2 hour wait which I was fine with. I was sent the tracker and it stayed in inspection in progress. After waiting 2 hours I saw my truck pull up and the person get out and get in another car and leave. I go and ask my service advisor if my truck is ready and he went to check. I came back 15 minutes later and he is writing for me to get a loaner car because he cant find the mechanic that was working on my truck and doesnt know if it is ready. At this time another guy comes in and says it will be ready in another 30 minutes. The advisor apologizes and ask if Im ok with that. I have to be and go and wait another thirty minutes. The tracker never moves from the inspection in progress position so why send it? Your service is horrible and always has been! Giving you this feedback will not change a thing. That is why I just bought my $1200 tires from discount tire and had great service!Review fromClarence T

1 starI broke down on a hospital trip. Had car towed to dealer. Was charged $4573 to replace valve cover and engine oil pan gasket, 1 injector, an oil line and oil change. Oil line was replaced ***** mi. ago. Gaskets showed leak droplets but oil filter is on top of engine. Suspect that is cause of look of a leak. So my trip to hospital cost more than the $6000 trans. that had to be replaced ***** mi. ago. Dealer work is a rip off at **** Hendrick Chrysler Dodge jeep and ram.Review fromCoralie N

1 starTook my car last week to get it fixed because it was having issues starting. The person working on my car said that fixing the negative cable and getting a new battery would fix this problem. After spending more than half a grand and being charged $200 to run a diagnostic test (that didnt even state the issue to begin with!) My car will still not start! When I called back to see if I could get this issue fixed the guy just started guessing at what the next issue could be with the car. 1 starI am writing to express my discontent with my recent experience at Hendrick ****** of Concord. In June, I leased a ****** Tundra from *****, who initially presented himself as helpful. However, the experience quickly turned sour due to disorganization in the financial department, requiring multiple visits to sign paperwork. Moreover, ***** told us that THEY pay for the tag expenses not us as a selling point of leasing a vehicle from them resulting in expired tags and additional expenses. We were flat out lied to. Our requests for communication about our spare key fob were ignored until we said weve had enough. I am appalled by the subpar service and will not return to this location for any future purchases. At this point I feel ****** should reimburse us for the fees paid due to deceit from the sales department
