      After your team conducted the standard inspection on August ******* , I was informed that my cabin filter, air filter, and wiper blades needed replacement. I declined these services because they are routine maintenance tasks that I can handle myself. Despite this, I was told I would be notified when my vehicle was ready for pick-up.When I brought the vehicle home, and my husband attempted to replace the filters, he found that the filter covers had not been replaced or secured. This is beyond unacceptable. Your service department assumed they would be the ones completing the work, which shows a complete lack of attention to detail. To make matters worse, upon closer inspection, both filters were discovered to be clean and did not need replacement in the first place.Whats even more infuriating is that I called your service department several times that week, specifically asking to speak with the service manager. Each time, I was conveniently directed to voicemail, where I left detailed messages. Not once did I receive the courtesy of a return call. This inexcusable lack of communication demonstrates an alarming disregard for customer concerns.

      Deal done and agreed on and ** backed out!! Shady dealership!!! Buyer beware!!!!I even have documents/texts proving it sadly! This is a first and im sad he wasted the salesman's as well as my time for days......

      On August 17th, 2024, I had been conducting a deal for trading in my truck and found the perfect vehicle for my family. We negotiated on a great price and allowed them to run my credit to see what banks will give me. So, after they pulled my credit and conducted a hard pull. We agreed I would be there first Monday morning to sign due to them not being open Sunday and this was a Saturday evening. I call them before I left to drive 3 hours with my daughter to come to find out they had sold that truck to someone else Saturday. It is not right, and they do not do e-sign. The *************** manager could care less when I spoke to him and what I gather sold it to someone for more money which is very shady. They could have just told me before they pulled my credit that someone was working a deal on the same truck.

      Such a bad experience. Firstly, we had set up an appointment weeks ago to meet with a *** named ****** and apparently he was busy at our appointment time. Then he found a *** who was a rookie. After we came to a price that worked for us, while in the middle of our paperwork the *** says the car was sold to another customer. What a ridiculous thing!! Stay away from them and take your business to another dealer. I would rate this dealership a 0 star if i could.

      Purchased used vehicle end of March 2024. Started the purchase process March 2nd, terrible communication (which I relayed to them) as to what was going on to repair any issues after mentioning smell of anti freeze. I had to call weekly because no one called me to update status for vehicle I agreed to purchase. Finally at the end of March I was able to purchase after they said everything was fixed and repaired. I did wait because I loved and wanted the car so that was my choice. They assured me they fixed EVERYTHING on the car and I didnt need an oil change but once a year or every 12k miles. Well 4 months later I got an alert on the car to have it serviced. Again, I fully expect yearly service of $1k, so I dont even mind that. What I do mind is that while getting the car serviced, I was disgusted to find out the bushings were dry rotted and needing replaced and how or why in the world would Hendrick Northlake *** sell me a car with dry rotted bushings?? I didnt really want to pay $1300 for new ones since Ive barely put 4k miles on the car since I purchased at the end of March but I did today. Im just disappointed because I chose to go to a Certified Pre-Owned Dealership like them instead of some local small business that I believed wouldnt be safe. Im not looking for a handout, but it would be nice to at least get quality service they portray and most importantly let me know the truth about my vehicle and what I was purchasing. Receiving a car that clearly already had dry rotted issues and not telling me or fixing before selling to me is un-ethical and very unsafe!!!! I definitely wont recommend anyone else purchasing from there either.

      I bought a 2018 ***** 6, the sales person *** (dont know how last name, nor do I care) which we thought was a cool dude. Come to find out when I was doing an oil change that they had sold me a car with a coolant leak. I called and texted *** and didnt get a response besides Im working on it. I called the dealership but they kept denying to help. Now I am at another dealership fixing the issue. There was a leak in the reservoir so the total cost of the repair is about $1300 and the warranty which was about $3500 on top of whatever the cost of car was, doesnt cover coolant leaks. They are horrible people who cheat and lie to get money from you. They are feeding their fat pig higher *** who leech off those who dont know much about how dealerships work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FAT PIGS. They wont help you for s***

      It has been over a year since I brought my vehicle to Hendricks collision ********** in ************, I was reading most of the reviews and if you haven't been in this situation you won't understand..I am a mom of two little boys and i have been stranded, stressed... Yes, you take your vehicle to them they'll do a higher quote, they won't communicate with insurance company, if you have an attorney they won't communicate with them. You're bringing business to them, you would think they should be on your side but I guess not. The insurance company representing my case ****** has reached to them without any cooperation, my attorney has tried to negotiate but nothing. ******* is the tech working on my vehicle but I guess she just follows protocol. The accident was not my fault I got hit on hwy 17 on my way home going to pick my kids from daycare and now my family has suffered for a whole year with no transportation. My vehicle is still at Hendricks as I write my review, I guess I should have done my research before bringing my vehicle to them. My hopes and prayers is to get my vehicle back as soon as possible

      **** in service department, does not communicate to customer. Seems as if theyre there just to get a check! Vehicle has been up there 2 weeks and the lack of communication and thoroughness to solve issues is incompetence. No one doesnt answer phone nor texts. Works piece of people to deal with

      This dealership SUCKS!!!!!! The worst customer service I have ever seen absolutely disrespectful. All they want is your money and then they will never answer any questions or concerns you have again. I have called daily about a license plate problem and nobody is ever available to answer or in their office. I will NEVER EVER give this place my time again.

      My truck was totaled so I started looking for a new truck. ***************************** GMC happened to have the perfect replacement truck. The only issue was the massive hail damage. We negotiated to have the hail damage repaired before we would take possession. They told us it would take at least a week to repair. A week later I called to check on the repair. I was told it would be at least another week. Later that very same day the salesman called and said they sold the truck to someone else. This is not the deal we made and I told them so. At the very least I should have been contacted with first refusal. This is a very hard truck to find and I had made plans already.
