1 starDon't buy cars from here. They say they inspect their trades and used cars before a sale. Dealership was selling a 11 year old C6 GS and even though it was low mileage didn't agree that due to age the car required a fluid flush and would not perform the service stating their techs "looked at the fluids and said they looked fine and it wasn't required because of the low miles". How can someone look at fluids and determine that original 11 year old fluids "looked fine". Their add states "BUYWITH CONFIDENCE Multi-point Vehicle Inspection; detail mechanical inspection," yet you offer to sell an ************************************************* the vehicle after a "multipoint inspection". Further ********************* Chevrolet had my deposit in hand while we were discussing the vehicle and because I wanted them to change all the fluids and asked for a discount(cost for door seals) due to door seals that were bad and that I would have to replace, they considered this a "negotiation tactic" and a "breach of sale agreement" and while they still had my deposit, sold the car to someone else. I have owned 64 cars in my lifetime, have never written a bad review or complained about anyone, but this dealership is not an honest dealership. The used car manager actually said to me that "someone like me should not buy a used car or a car this old". Who are they to tell a customer what they should or should not do. I spent money to have someone go and inspect the car for me. I never showed any sign that I was not taking the car. I was doing my due diligence and they sold the car while I had a deposit on it. I asked the questions any smart buyer would ask and I guess they just didn't like it. Careful when buying a used car from this dealer!! Their actions just prove I may have been right all along about the vehicle and knew it would be a problem if they sold it to me. More reason for you all to see this review. Again; buyer be aware. 1 starAwful place!I brought my car in for service on my car radio first thing Thursday morning. An associate named ***** told me he would call by the next day to let me know what needed to be done. I hadnt heard anything by 11:30 am Friday morning. I called and was told ***** was with a customer and he would call me right back. He never called. I called every hour after that and left multiple messages. I made a final call at 5 pm and ***** would not talk to me. I had enough at that point and just told them I would be picking up my car the next morning. Keep in mind, I rented a car during this and just wasted two days for nothing! When I went to pIck up my car, they had the nerve to charge me $230. for a diagnostic fee! What a scam! How many other people have they done this to?!Review fromKeith L

1 starHorrible dealership. Vehicle advertisement online is completely bogus. Truck advertising on TL website is $51600. Talked to the salesman and he assures me I can buy the truck at that price if I meet all of their requirements as a buyer and purchase the dealer added equipment GM requires. How much are we talking about for dealer installed equipment required by GM? Just give me the price is all I asked. Its advertised at $51600 on TLs website.Stock no R5509 and on the lot today, without added equipment installed. False advertising for sure and I filed a complaint with the ****Review fromAj076

1 starOn July 2nd, 202, I went to dodge concord for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Time goes by, and I receive a random text with a link and a 1 second video showing me something that looked like it was under my vehicle. It was 1 second, and I was confused, so I attempted to locate my service advisor. I went towards the service area, and slipped on a purple fluid that was on the floor and fell on my knee extremely hard. My young and extremely simple minded advisor didnt acknowledge me falling and I had mentioned it would probably be a good idea to clean it up, but neither him nor the other advisor moved. I also turned around and noticed 3 senior advisors behind the window laughing. I attempted to search for a manager, but no one was there. I left and called and a manager named *** reached out. I attempted to resolve this issue the following day due to me working. Ive been playing phone tag with *** since the 2nd and at this point, its feeling like Im being avoided. Im trying my hardest to avoid legal action due to the time inconvenience this will cause all parties, but I truly dislike being avoided especially when Ive been respectful and simply tried to communicate.Review fromAlexis D

1 starI wish I could give zero stars! I made a partial down payment in the amount of $2,500 and never ended up getting the car (found a better car for a better offer). I was told that I would be given a refund 2-3 business days later, when over a week had passed I contacted the dealership and the said they would try again and if the issue couldnt be resolved they would send a check in the mail. They said the check was sent out and it would be 7-10 business days. Here it is over a month later and when I tried to reach out my number was blocked! I called from another number and was able to go get through. I let the financial manager know the situation and he refunded the money and sent me a receipt of the refund transaction. 1 starThis business is a scam I purchased an as is 2018 jeep compass ****** miles, gave them ***** down. that was Monday 6/10/2024 in the afternoon in less than 72 hours(An as is clause does not prevent a claim for revocation of acceptance. The vehicle malfunctioned.I returned to dealership and asked for my money back. They refused and gave me a loner with a cracked windshield. I was running late for work so I took vehicle under much protest. When i got off work the passenger side rear tire was deflating. I made it to the dealership I then again asked for my money back they refused. i was given another loaner. Well on 6/18 I was called at around 4:30 to pick up my vehicle I have the receipt. Well I picked up vehicle they said they had to eat $800 in repairs and the vehicle was ok. Well I went home got up for work and the same exact malfunctioned happed again. Once again I am late for work and have to get a loaner. I again asked for my money money bacb they refused conted corp *********** she sent email advising they would follow up after our phone conversation the next business day. they did not. I am in a loaner and just want my money back. I held up my end with my down payment and they are not holding up there end buy selling vehicles that they know is broken and they try to fix them just enough for you to take off lot and they say well it is as is so you lose.I am a 60yr old woman who just had colon cancer and was in a near death car accident, I almost lost my apartment. 1 starOur 2015 Jeep Patriot Sport developed as issue with the electronic throttle body. Hendrick Chrysler Jeep Fayetteville purchased the replacement from OReilly Auto parts. The cost is $301.99, but they charged us $539.05. Additionally, there are two types of throttle bodies for our jeep due to the electrical clip that attaches to the body. They purchased the wrong one and proceeded to charge us $171.35 for "wiring" which did not need to be if they had purchased the correct one that was available at the same retailer for the same $301.99. Based on this experience, I posted a 1 star review. They then contacted us and offered a reimbursement of $250.00 "IF" I would change my review to 5 stars. I agreed and they ask my to come by to have the $$ put back on my card. I've had the same card reimbursed many times, but they told my they couldn't put it on my card. ( BIG RE FLAG ) They told my they would issue us a check from corporate, so I stated that I would change the rating as soon as I received the check... they would NOT issue the check unless I changed the review first. 1 starWorst customer service I have ever experienced ,went to get my car checked my brakes have been making a loud sound since I brought the car brand new in 2022 kept taken the car back to the dealership they kept saying nothings wrong with my brakes now my car is making loud noise when I turn left into a parking spot I called made an appointment with them for Friday June 7,2024 drove 45 mins only for them to tell me to come back on Tuesday June 11,2024 drove another 45 mins for them to tell me I needed to leave my car with them with no time frame of when my car would be fixed and pay for a rental until they are done with my car after the service person ******************************* told me Friday they would give me a loaner car I called the customer care line and open a case still no response or call back from them I asked to speak to the manager ***** which I was told was on vacation so no one else could help me worst decision to purchase a car from these peopleReview fromDawn T

1 starPurchased a service contract for oil changes and repairs with this company sold the vehicle. 1 April sent them information as they requested that the vehicle was sold and paid off and was informed that I would receive my money within a month here it has been two months and have yet to see a dime, when contacting the company Im getting the runaround that theyre always in a meeting or stepped away from their desk or on another call that they would leave them a message and have someone give me a call back. Ive sent emails. *** called every week and left voice messages only to be Ignored and they are refusing to return my money that I purchased for the service protection plan.Review fromDani B

1 starTheir customer service is terrible in the service department. We took out vehicle to be serviced for the same issue about 4x and now theyre saying the vehicle we bought from them is reading a code that theyve never seen before. Okay I get that, I will give them time to resolve that issue. But each and every time we ask for a loaner vehicle, there never is any.until I called and left a message for a manager(which I never got a call back from) but all of a sudden a loaner was available ??. Smh my vehicle is still there and we have no idea how long it will take for us to get it back. If anyone has a corporate phone number, please give it to me.
