      This complaint message is regarding my *** account. I have several things I need to make a complaint about. My email and phone number information was supposed to be updated. I was told my old information was deleted by a BOA banker. My old email and number was not deleted and is still active on my account. Next my account was closed then reopened. A lawyer by the name of ******* ******* supposedly deposited a check into my account.I have pictures of the receipt hold dates and release times The check was deposited on 7/1/25 it was put on hold and a portion of it was supposed to be available on 7/3/25 at 5:00pm and the rest on 7/9/25 at 9:00am. I checked my account today on 7/4/25 and no founds have been ************** I reset my password using my new email and my new number on my account so I can start using the banking app which was *************** it still doesn't let me log in and tells me I need a authorization code.This is completely unacceptable.I have had the worst experiences banking with you guys and no longer desire to have a checking account or savings account with you guys in the future. I have file a complaint with the better Business bureau notifying them.I like to hire a lawyer for this.This is unacceptable Bank of America.

      Opened a an account with large sum of money. 8 days still no debit card. Put hold on my money for 4 days.

      Bank of america misled me with wire transfers and kept my wire transfer fee although the white transfers filled. They refused to refund me my money. I did the wire transfers twice with direction from the representatives and they still fail. Now they are unwilling to refund me my wire transaction fees. As a hard-working consumer, I don't have free money to give to banks. I consider this behavior by Bank of America as fraudulent. The same fraudThey claim they try to limit.

      I have been a Bank of America customer for 25 years. Recently, their customer service has become absolutely terrible. My wallet with all my cards was lost/stolen about 3 weeks ago. I had to go without a debit card for 2 weeks, and tried to troubleshoot online banking, and payments for purchases through the phone number provided. The cell phone they had on file was outdated, and the email address they had had been defunct for some time. I updated the bank via phone and they told me my new phone number and email would be updated in the system. I checked in periodically over the subsequent weeks but it was never updated. I was told I had to go to a local branch to update it in person. At the local branch I spent over an hour trying to service my account, and by the time I left I was able to access my online banking with my new email and phone number for 2 step verification. However, last night I tried making a purchase but it didn't go through. I tried signing in online, but it wpuldnt accept my new updated password I had established at the branch. It directed me to my old defunct phone for a verification code. I called the number provided, but it said no ***resentative was available. I just tried calling today, and was told by the custimer service *** that this must ***resent fraud, and that when I called over the last "72hours" someone must have directed me to the fraud department. He spoke over me continuously whe I explained that I hadnt even been able to speak to a live person on the phone at all! Where are they hiring these ***resentatives from. They have zero social skills. It feels like I'm back to square one.

      Is not trustable bank, I Had 8 years ago owed Credit from *************************** took my checking account's All money as a 8 years ago debt,don't open this kind of untrustable Bank!

      Very disappointing experience with Bank of America credit card. I had a no interest period on my credit card and locating the end date was nearly impossible. I searched on the app and website multiple times, then had to resort to counting the months myself. I asked their AI "assistant" who was not able to give me any helpful information either. I paid off my balance by the date I had calculated that interest would be accruing. Apparently it was a few weeks prior to this date. Shady practices by Bank of American and really all credit card companies. Making information you need to make responsible financial decisions very difficult to find and buried in hard to find places. I called them to contest the interest, spent over an hour on the phone while the request went through their "system", which took forever and was likely set up to make people give up. All to be told they could not refund the $49, even if it would mean losing me as customer. I have excellent credit and have many choices in credit cards if I need or desire one. So I cancelled my credit card and sold my stock in Bank of America. I do not want to do business with them any longer. Make sure if you are in an interest free period, CALL them on the phone, take a day off work if you need to to get a live person to tell you and confirm the date. Even though many of us do not have the time to do this, make sure you do! I bet if I was a millionaire they would have forgiven such a small amount of interest without a second thought, treat me very differently. We the regular consumers are treated horribly all the time by billionaires. They will not survive without us spending money, and racking up balances on their credit cards though!

      fraud and pretend executives not responding to proof of fraud account take over . how do you thank me for my interest on credit application and credit received but not give me my credit . you acknowledge un authorized use on card . give new card but not new account .then state u closed account b ut I'm getting emails about negative balance. then send bogous substitute checks first statement showed debit then updated shows charge back nut said haven't responded to complaint to **** stating you fixing it ignore correspondence . I wouldn't use bank of America. and your fake corporate executives getting info I have to fix error s but ma when they get complaint . I have recordings to stop taking peoples money you guys are not good fiducary

      Please do not open a CD with bank of america. I made the mistake of putting some money in a CD, and it's been needlessly difficult to get that money back. Getting an actual representative to talk to via customer care takes at-least half an hour to 45 min, and despite multiple calls I am yet to receive my CD amount back it simply vanished from the interface! After this experience, I will not recommend using bank of America for any investment purposes depositing money is made super easy but getting it back is made impossible.

      B of A ** is the worst company on earth. There is no such thing as "customer service" @b of a.there was a fraud charge on the card while I was hospitalized so they cancelled my card and ONLY issued 1 card and FAILED to send a card to a WOMEN, my wife. I called, AGAIN, long wait as usual to get the discriminated gender card and received an email CONFIRMING the "new card is on the way" and that was FRAUD too as no card was ever sent.The 3rd call was a LONG WAIT there specialty after over 1 hour and 10 minutes of BS coming from the NON CUSTOMER service AND not so supervisor I wasted enough time with the incompetent contradicting liars and will be getting a new account with another company since bank of a is intolerable with their discrimination and incompetent employed that discriminate people that DO NOT own cell phone or do HIGH RISK on line ********** after more than 3 weeks making 3 calls and spending HOURS of wasted time my wife is not getting a card because after going thru MULTIPLE confirmation information redundantly the company is INCAPABLE of not discriminating women, offering honest answers The Consumer Financial ***************** really needs to investigate this horrific company.
