      Well, after nearly 30 years with this bank I will be looking for another bank! I have had it with the horrible customer service (CS) and not to add that there is not phone service after 3 PM. This is not the kind of bank that I now want to do business with. OH...did I mention that CS is so comfortable in hanging up on a customer. Many times....I might add. No problem. I will be looking for another bank as soon as time permits!!!!!!!!!!

      Would give zero stars if I could! Bank teller cash deposit lost and missing. Ive been calling in and going to the branch multiple times to resolve this. I have told them if they would just review the footage they would see me deposit. Instead they look high and low else where and tell me they have no record of it. Only for me to ask how long does your system even keep record. ***** days. So they probably lost the record already and the staff didnt even know this. Anyways they wont let me review the footage and Im out approximately $2500. Business advantage customer for 7 years and personal account form ****. This is how they treat their customers.

      Bank of America has the most obnoxious phone recordings that you must naviagate through in order to actually speak with a real person. It is by far the longest that I have had to endure, and if you do not give a required answer to one of their quiestions the call is disconnected. It's clear that they are trying to make it so difficult that you give up. I am happy to go online for most things, but sometimes you just need to speak with someone. It is obvious that Bank of America does everything it possibly can to prevent that.

      I had a Bank of America credit card, I filed it in my debt to a debt relief company. Long story short, Bank of America is now trying to say that the amount they settled for is not what they settled for and turned me over to a collections agency for the original balance owed on the card account

      My brother died and had accounts with Bank of America. It was a nightmare to get access to his safety deposit box. I started in December and it took until April to actually be able to open the box. Bank of America wouldnt let my attorney be a representative for me, I live in ****, so I didnt want to go to the expense of flying to ******* to be present to open the box. My attorney finally got a court order and then they sent me a letter to sign and b notarized before they would open the box. Its not hard enough to deal with my brothers death but then they made it extremely difficult to get the box contents

      I have an issue with money taken out of my account with a transfer from the banks Zelle app which I didn't approve and the bank security protocol didn't work and money was transferred I've done everything Bank of America has ask me to do and they still refuse to refund my money. I wanted to bring this issue to the public so the issue won't happen to another customer. ***** .C

      I had the most horrific experience with BOA. I spoke with a BOA customer representative over the phone on Tuesday 7/12/22. His name was ********* and he was based in the CA office. I had expressed that I was charged 2 foreign transaction fees that I was surprised to have incurred. I had kindly asked for a fee reversal as I did not see any indication that the merchant was based outside of the U.S. He spoke with his manager who upon review agreed to reverse 1 of the charges. I was quite disappointed with the outcome, considering I was a long standing customer with BOA with a well established relationship. I at that moment did not feel valued for my business. So I requested to speak with a manager. ********* asked me to hold while he again spoke with his manager. Upon his return he stated that he was able to get the 2nd fee reversal approved due to my relationship with BOA . I naturally was happy by the outcome. I asked for a confirmation number Incase there were any issues. He stated he could not provide me with one but there would be notes in the system regarding our conversation. 2 days later 7/14/22 I checked my credit card statement only to find 1 fee reversal. I was shocked so I called and spoke with customer service representative Janeisha who upon reviewing the notes stated that I was only approved for 1 fee reversal and not both! Which completely contradicts what I was told by *********. I then requested to speak with a manager. ***** the manager on duty was awful to say the least. I had requested for the call to be listened to. She repeatedly stated that the fee reversal could not be done that there was nothing she could do regarding that. She disregarded the fact that I was told on a recorded line that both fees would be waived! I am appalled! To completely dishonor what was told to me!? BOA does not value it's customers. Boa does not value relationships, and it now my experience that BOA is a company that does not stand for principles and integrity.
