      poor customer service system has not worked since its been in my house. Talking about I have to pay $4000 for equipment that don't work even if I cancel the service from them but I can't access that equipment myself..... What since does that make and this is the 3rd issue in a year.

      Horrible company. System outside cameras go off constantly when I am outside working all day long. But we had an intruder drive up our driveway and none of the 4 nor the door camera sensed a moving car nor the naked woman being pushed out of the car. Our dog alerted ** and we called the Sheriff. Naked woman standing on our porch with then lights on outside, still did not record. It did however get the Sheriff driving up our driveway. When I called they constantly tried to blame my internet connection which is high speed fiber optics! The first person disconnected me once she realized I was going to cancel, probably so she did not get docked for losing a customer. We are in a month to month service agreement, but still today is June 16 and our bill was paid on June 6 but the earliest they will cancel service is August 4! Making ** still pay for July!!!!! I told them I hope the additional $30 they get from me makes a big difference to them now that they sold out to another company and try to get you to buy all new cameras! Do NOT USE Cove/CPI Security.

      CPI is a great company. They offer a variety of great product and services. They have great customer service! I had a customer service question, and they were able to help me in one phone call. The technician was super friendly and very helpful. Thank you, CPI, for giving me peace of mind while I am at home and while I am away.

      CPI is by far the worst system I could have ever inherited with my home purchase. The reason the billing manager seems to be down is because they are aware theyve been hacked and have not disclosed this to consumers. I saw that the billing manager page had also been blocked by my home internet security system. Unknowingly that it had been blocked due to attached malware, I unblocked it. I paid the bill then got a receipt from a company called cyber source that has cpi logo within the receipt. All of my receipts in the past have been from CPI.

      Bait and switch. I left ADT and went to CPI because I wanted to support a local business. Initially I was very happy with the sales rep and the install. However, I soon found out I was lied to and they refuse to make it right. I knew I would be moving so I asked before signing a five year contract if that would be an issue. I was told no issue at all the equipment and contract would go with me. This was November 22'. We moved May 23'. When I called to figure out what was needed for the "no problem" move I found out it would cost $300. $150 uninstall fee, and a $150 reinstall fee. Moving is expensive enough without being nickel and dimed. However, the bigger issue is that I was lied to when I openly asked. It gets worse. The house we moved to is an older home and would not support the doorbell camera. So, the installer took the camera with him and said we could reduce our cost by not having it since the house would not work with it. When we called CPI we were told this was not true, that we would have to continue to pay for the camera and they could have the install tech return the camera we cannot use. The tech also informed us that it was probably a good thing because the camera would not work properly with our internet. Something else the sales rep left out. When signing you CPI tells you what they need to in order to get you under the five year contract. Once signed the customer service is out the window.

      Why can I NOT access and view my billing statement online? This is deceitful. I spoke with customer service and she confirmed that the billing statements have to be requested and emailed. Ive never heard of such practice. Ill be reporting this to every agency I can find.

      Thank you for your assistance in forwarding the review submitted by ******************. ****************** is on our automatic monthly draft. We do not send out monthly statements or post the billing statements online unless there is a past due balance on the account. This no deceitful practice. ****************** has been installed for 3 years and this has been the same process and the same amount is billed monthly on the 1st of the month.

      There needs to be a policy change. I should have have access to an itemized monthly bill each and every month via email or paper.

      Poor service when I need for a technician to come to my home to repair issues. My wait time for a technician in my area is usually 1 to 3 weeks from the time I call. The problems range from cameras not working, loss of internet connection and the secondary panel frequently losing connection with the WiFi. So glad my contract will end soon. Very dissatisfied!

      Trying to cancel my service has been ***********************! They continue to charge me even after signing the cancellation agreement.

      SCAM they stole $443.19 out of my account I try to get on in contact with them I even sent them a proof of the money they stole all they did is put me on the line for hours and never responded even though *** explained the situation to multiple agents
