I have been a customer of ********************** for years. I live in *********. Recently their staff sprayed something on my speedometer cover which left a film of spots that did not come off. When I spoke with the management team they told me it was condensation. I went ot my ****** Dealer and he said that was not the case. I got a reasonable quote to replace the cover and went back to Autobell and filed an incident report. I was told "Autobell would not accept responsibility". I was given the customer care number. I got a recorded message. I'm not happy.Autobell Car Wash, LLC

We spoke with our management team, and they advised that you showed ******, the store manager, clouding on gauge cluster after vehicle was cleaned. ****** looked over the gauge cluster and began his investigation. Autobell only uses two chemicals to clean the interior of a customer vehicle. A glass cleaner called C-thru, and a degreaser called Blue Thunder. ****** applied both cleaners to the gauge clusters and let them sit then wiped them clean. After he removed the cleaners from the gauge cluster there was no evidence that it caused any damage, there was not pattern conducive to the customers claim, and no further deterioration of the plastics. These are the same products safely used on every vehicle at all Autobell locations. After our investigation we found no evidence to support the damage was caused by any of our products or procedures. Autobell stands behind the safety of our chemistry and processes. I would happily meet with this you to retest our products, but without evidence to support this claim Autobell cannot take responsibility for this damage. *** Stuck District ManagerReview fromCathy G

For the 1st time in years, i go to Autobell in **********, to wash my car inside & out, $29.95. That's way over priced.They did a crappy job.Seats weren't vacuumed good and the cup holders still has alot of trash in them.Not a good job at all for the price I paid. That was $30 wasted. Zero stars. This Autobell will crack your windscreen and deny any blame. Please read the other similar reviews, this happens very frequently and if you search enough you will see that there's complaints of employee theft from peoples cars while being detailed - not to be trusted. In my example, the car wash malfunctioned and smashed my SUV windscreen. After showing the employee (no manager to be found) we were advised the crack was previously there and they denied any blame within seconds. In reading the dozens of similar complaints (please do so), their policy is to stop and inspect the machine which was not done by the employee or the manager. Other cars on lot are also supposed to be examined, which again was not done, business as usual, let's get her out of here and "crack on". When I called the manager he also denied any blame on their side yet there was no log of anything happening internally after the complaint was made. He simply took the employees word and said my wife was lying and the crack was caused by her and was there before we got to Autobell. With this significant neglect and a good chance of my belongings being stolen while being detailed, I would 100% not recommend. In fact there is a new car wash 2 door down from here called "Rocket Car Wash Express" and low and behold, no mention of employees stealing or machinery smashing windscreens. I took advantage of supporting Breast cancer month in Oct with the unlimited car wash for 30 days, which I was told I could use the service for 30 days. I used it 2x The representative never indicated I would be automatically charged $19.99 after the 30 days. I contacted customer service today and no refund will be credited and you can't contact anyone in billing directly either. I will continue to follow up on this is to get my money back or receive some type of confirmation that my account is closed. **************** *****Autobell Car Wash, LLC

Today was such a beautiful day and although my excursion is usually parked in my drive 6days a week and never drove a long distance. I decided to take my truck to the car wash(since I had been there several times in the past) never had a problem at all, I was so disappointed so I pointed out all of the dirty places on my truck with 2detail water zipper as well as the on duty manger: 1 young man said when he dry the dry the dirt will disappear, 2nd young said the truth:they need to wash it again cause the equipment wasn't working properly, thank the on duty manger said to his ************* he was going to lunch, I didn't make a fuss, I tipped the 2 lad that dried my dirty truck that ran through their car wash with broken equipment. Just so you know I wasn't the only unsatisfied customer today. What do you thinkAutobell Car Wash, LLC

AutoBell does not provide safe working conditions for its employees . My car was being vacuumed outside and the employees were visibly struggling with the heat . A tarp or some sort of barrier to the sunlight needs to be provided for employees . ******* are becoming increasingly warmer and Autobell needs to adjust their working conditions to accommodate a humane , safe environment for employees to work outside in . The trunk of my car was not vacuumed and the cupholders were not cleaned . I paid $37.44 and received a shoddy service .Autobell Car Wash, LLC

2 employees stood and watch as the roller pushed and dropped my car hard on the left side. They told me to roll forward and the car proceeded to go thru the wash. Half way thru, my car come to a complete stop, no brushes or nothing were moving. It starts back up but it felt like the left side was thumped hard. I am disabled, I dont get out the car there. I never had a reason to not trust autobell to clean my car. Painfully I got out the car to looked at my tire because thats what i thought was hit. When i didnt see anything on the tire, i got back in the car. i notice my paint had been chipped and there was this black smear/streak on the driver side once I pulled in my driveway. Immediately called the number on the receipt to find out what to do. We filed a report over the phone but I was also told to go back to the location now and ask for the manger to file the complaint. The manager offered no apology and was very dismissive. I told him to pull up the camera and watch it. Instead i was told You cant prove it then he says I will need the vehicle information but it will get deny. He took pictures of the vehicle at a distance. He did not get a picture of the chip paint and im not sure if he caught the black streak on the bottom. I did not like how he took a pictures on his personal phone of the inside vehicle sticker thats in the door and miles. *** take all my information and offer nothing. I asked for my money back. He refused and again told me You cant prove it. I said somebody need to wash my car again because its still dirty and only on the left side where that roller thumped my car. He says fine. They wash a 2nd time, stopped inside the wash again. This time, The black stuff was cleaned off. but my paint has that small chip that wasnt there before. When I got home I read the copy of the complaint. He lied on the paper and selected Did Not Wash Twice. The manager never acknowledged the black stuff coming off after the 2nd wash. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond. **************** had her vehicle washed on June 8, 2024. She returned later that day claiming damage to the paint on her driver side rear bumper. An incident report was filled out at this time. If a vehicle hops over a roller when on the conveyer, it indicates that the vehicle is not able to roll freely. The car wash stops as a failsafe to ensure all vehicles are moving through the tunnel appropriately and safely. Upon investigation we found that all of our equipment was in working order. Autobell stands behind the safety and integrity of their equipment and processes. Due to lack of evidence, Autobell does not accept responsibility for this incident.Review fromJimmy S

I took my car to Autobell Car wash in **********, **. While your employee was in my car they broke on of my AC Vents inside my 2022 **** Mustang GT. Clearly they broke it and refused to take responsibility for it. Before they even started they were understaffed and were ******* and in the process broke my AC vent. They were unprofessional and rude when they spoke. I will not be using your service againAutobell Car Wash, LLC
