      On two different occasions, one week apart and at two different AutoBells, I had purchased the ride thru $11.99 car wash which is supposed to have the car hand dryer when finished. Neither time was the car hand dried as the car sat in the sun and dried itself and left spots all over the windows and car itself. I know this may be picky but if I pay for something, I expect the service to be provided. Ive gone to AutoBell for years but lately, the service has gone downhill. I wont be going back. Too many other good car washes out there.

The Exterior Wash ($11.99) is an exterior car wash that does include a hand dry.       I would give this place zero stars if I could * Absolutely terrible* They damaged my vehicle and didnt want to take responsibility for it * I have a white ***** and just wanted my car clean * Im new to the area and thought this would be a good place to take it * WRONG* The so called young manager directed my car on the track and I heard a noise but he said it was ok so the car kept going through the track * Low and behold when the car came out I had a long black line on the bottom of my white ***** * I was super upset * Then he supposedly took our info to file a claim * 11 days later he never filed the e claim for the damage and come to find out that little ***************** doesnt even work there anymore * We went back up there to speak to another manager and was told that his manager would call us * They manager of the store finally called us back finally after 11 days and said we could rerun the car and make more damage to it* Umm no sir * Then he said if you wont rerun it then he was denying the claim * The whole thing was a mess and I will be going further with this because they caused damaged to my car and dont want to be held responsible for it *The manager could care less about what happened to our car * I will never use this company again * Watch out cuz if you get damage to your car they dont want to be responsible for it or pay for the damage * I definitely cancelled my membership* Its very terrible * Its the lack of responsibility and caring about me as a customer to make things right *

      I spoke with ************* on Friday, 07/29/2022, regarding Claim #******, completed on 7/18/2022. At the time of the incident, ************* declined to re-wash the vehicle. I informed her that to further investigate the claimed damages, we would need to rewash the car and determine if our equipment could line up and create this damage. ************* disagreed with this procedure, and we could not move forward with a solution. We would be more than happy to complete the investigation if ************* would return to the location and allow ** to complete the process.Sincerely,*****************************, Store Manager *******************************************************************************************
