On May 1, approximately 10:30am in the morning I went through your car wash at ************************************************************************ The young man got in my car into the car wash. He had sprayed onto my hood some chemicals. My car was being pulled through the car wash. The first section of it was some blue shammy hanging straight down as he started to move onto my car and pulled the hood Angle that were one of them had caught onto my driver side windshield wiper with the weight of the remaining shammy on the wiper, and that one was pulling upward with the remaining wiper. Also went up towards the top after I pass the section, but this happened there was a gap between that and the next section of the brushes coming alongside of the car , I had that turned my wipers on to get to fall back down to the car where they belong in the original slot side had fallen down and the brushes had come up against and clean the car once I exit the car wash. They were too young man standing there talking and I stopped. They tried to wave me on, and I told him that just came through and it damaged my wipers. One of them looked at the wiper itself, He lift the wiper and pushed it back down and I told him it just broke my windshield wipers I need to talk or speak to a manager or the owner of the property. He proceeded to locate a person in charge and they asked me to pull up so I did the wash I just came through. Young lady had approached my vehicle asked what the problem was explained to her what happened if she reached for the wiper, she could tell it was loose so she went to get a young man to come over to look at it. He said this is never happened before I would have to fill out an incident report which I did. Told him because the machinery and equipment had done the damage. I just want my windshield wipers Repaired I pursued who the franchise owner is saying he gave me a number to call only happened to be customer service for **********************. Purchased 55th anniversary package. Had my F150 done first. After completion of wash and employee drying, my truck still had pollen on the window seals, across the back of my bed cover, pile of dirt on my back bumper and also pine needles on wiper blades. Upon returning truck first excuse was there were new employees working there (which means management does not train) I pointed out these areas to manager, they rewashed and wiped it down again. I ended up cleaning around the windows and wiper blades, since they missed it even after pointing out to them these areas that needed attention. Good job done on inside. Employees give the impression they do not care or have any concept of what ****************** is. May use ********************** again, but not the ********** ********, Battlefield location.Autobell Car Wash, LLC

On 1/31/24 at the ********** ** (*********************) AutoBell location an Employee stole my sons cell phone from his grandparents car (passenger side door pocket) and per the manager the employee who is accused of taking it is seen at the passenger side door acting very suspicious and leaves the car to goes off camera. Manager tried to contact employee to discuss which the employee blocked his call. It is clear that AutoBell cares nothing about customers and their property. This was my sons 1st cell phone which he received on for his 13th Birthday which he received on 1/13/24. Yes a police report has been filed. My father in-law has been in contact with the manager **** who has not responded to his last text. I feel that it is AutoBells responsibility to ensure that customers and property are safe while they are on a AutoBell property and paying for a car wash service and not paying for a service of theft! I've used the local ******* for several years. In October 22 at a local *******, was offered a free carwash if I signed up for a monthly program. The attendant implied if didn't want the service, it would automatically cancel. I just discovered I've since been charged $47.18 a month since October. I have not used ******* since that initial visit. I went to the ******* store where this happened. The current store manager said if I called ******* corporate and explained the situation, they would cancel ** service and if they could verify I Had not used the service in the last 4 months, they would refund the charges to my credit card. I called and got a very rude agent, she informed me their policy is not to give refunds. She passed me to her supervisor who (more politely) confirmed they would not give a refund. So I've paid almost $200 and got nothing for it. Thanks *******! I'll not be going here again.Autobell Car Wash, LLC

8/29/23 Paid to have Quest washed. Coming out drive thru wash, the mirrors was flipped forward. Getting out to reposition mirrors before getting back the highway, I noticed the hood, bumper and sides, the paint had be chipped. After manager looked at it, were told if I didnot go back thru the wash the claim wouldn't be honored and another vehicle need to enter the wash after me for to see if the same thing is done to that vehicle, which was a pickup. After seeing the other vehicle didnot have scratches, I am told the claim is denied. I told the manager, he knew from the beginning that he were going to deny it. You all tricked me. To go back throught the wash would do more chipping. I were fuming. You all have policies that benefit Auto Bell, not the customer. I came there because at another Auto Bell location, I was told they were closed because of issues with the wash equipment. On the way home yesterday, I stopped at Location ************************************************************************************. I also took pictures of the damage. I told the manager. this is not right. I will never go to another AUTO BELL. Called the day manager today, were told to bring tomorrow for him to look at it, yeah right, to waste my time to tell me "denied" again? My hood, bumber and sides of vehicle is all chipped up. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond. The customer had her vehicle washed on 8/29/2023. After exiting the car wash, she brought her concerns mentioned above to the attention of our manager. We then performed our investigation process. All equipment was inspected and found to be in standard working order. Vehicles washed before and after the customer's vehicle were inspected and no similar damages were found. We then sent her vehicle back through the car wash to see if any of the claimed damages would be recreated. No damages were recreated. Our Store Manager met with the customer on 8/31/23 to review and inspect for himself. If I could give a negative star I would!Would absolutely never go back or recommend. Tried to discuss what they would do paid my $32 Job was Bad! When I pointed out lots of areas not cleaned, was told they cant move your stuff???? !! It was my EZ pass laying in door. Put my mats on the seat, didnt clean interior doors AT ALL! Absolutely awful job. Paid 38$ for the rainx package and barely got a carwash. They didnt wipe anything down on the inside. Barely vacuumed, didnt dry the car (its COVERED in water spots) didnt clean any of the windows didnt use fragrance essentially nothing that was advertised was done. I visited the Auto bell carwash in ******, ** very recently. I told them I wanted the works. ($60 + $15 tip). They told me that meant inside and our. There was no one else there, so I expected they would take their time and do it well. (I might add, HS boys who really dont care). When finished, the inside looked satisfactory. Howver, while driving home I noticed the windows were awful! Very streaked and smeared. When I got home I could see dirt that was still there. I spent the next 60+ minutes rewashing the outside and removing scratches & redoing windows (in and out). Lessoned learned! Keep your money ($75) and do it yourself!!!Autobell Car Wash, LLC

I've had an unlimited membership for the last 2 years, Last year the price went up. The money was deducted from my account without notice. I called customer service & was sent an email "afterwards" stating the price went up. That was inappropriate!This month while checking my bank account I noticed it went up again without prior notice. I drive for a living & I like my car to be clean. Autobell does a great ******* always tip the workers! However I would appreciate knowing "ahead of time" if the price is going to change, "before" the money is automatically deducted from my account.This will be the last month I'll use Autobell!Autobell Car Wash, LLC

Thank you for contacting Autobell Car Wash, LLC. As of Monday February 6, 2023, pricing for our Unlimited Plans have increased due to rising supply costs and to maintain our standard of excellence. Our ****************** indicate that Monthly rates can increase without notice, however we sent an email notification on January 6th, 2023, to the email address on file for your account. We also have signs posted regarding our price increase at each Autobell location, as of January 6th, 2023. This place in ************** ** is a total worn out joke! Tore rear wiper arm completely off *****. Went back to see manager, after an 1 1/2 hr he saw on camera when damage occurred. He filled out a claim form and called someone. Response was they didnt have any thing or equipment that could break it??? Yea right!! Manager said that they would not pay anything toward fixing car!!! So 100$ worth of parts Im having to pay for? I have been a customer for many years and have spent many dollars there on Church st AUTOBELL. NO MORE!! And will make sure all friends dont either.
