  Sunday, July 7:30 am. The employee who cleaned out my car broke my driver's seat adjustment button. They gave my husband's number to ***********************, who never got back to me. Carts were left at the end of the car wash where cars exited. Getting my car fixed will cost me just under $900. I would to be refunded for the cost of my damages. I have receipts from the dealership.

  Awful! I just wasted $30 for a wash (I drove through) and interior. When they were done(which the kid took less than 5 minutes) and I looked in the car. Its as if they did nothing. Didnt even vacuum the back hatch part of my car. I had to come home and vacuum and wipe the inside. Such a ripoff. Shame on you

  I just visited your location on *********** in ********* **. Needless to say, I will not go back. I waited for 20 minutes as 3 cars who came in behind me came and left. I was not directed to the open lane but instead behind a car which had 3 employees working on it. However, they kept leaving to wash other cars as I waited. i finally threw away my receipt and asked to have the car moved in front of me. Instead, the employee went to get a copy of my receipt and did not return. I then asked another employee to move the car ahead of me which finally happened. Needless to say, I'm done with this location and would advise others to do the same.

  Manager that wore blue shirt at the car wash was a complete a** Acted like he did not even want to clean my vehicle and said i had throw up in the car when it was dirt and mud from rain that was on console from dog walking around outside. Will never give another dollar to auto bell car washes.

  Inflation is running 6% however, your prices today reflect a 30% increase. I think this is unjustified and a rip off to the public.

  Worst management and experience. After car wash and waiting in line for interior to be cleaned, my wife and I noticed what looked to be burn streaks done the sides of our fairly new car. When approaching manager (Tyler S******) on this. he proceeded to spray shampoo directly on the hot paint which again has generated burn like smoke in efforts to wipe the streaks off. This was of course ineffective. He then started to look at other cars behind ours for similar which he said he does not see similar. Funny how I pointed out another darker newer jeep pulling off with same streaks. He stated that we can feel out a claim which I agreed to do. After waiting again for him to feel out the paperwork and provide explanation agian, he then proceeded to fill out his explanation on the form and handed me a copy. I asked what is next and he said nothing. I asked what and he said he indicated that he takes no blame and nothing more is going to happen. As upset as I was, we just decided to leave as I could tell he was not going to do anything about it. Gosh.. he didn't offer to refund or anything. I will definitely spread my experience around. This car wash was a business i used to go to all the time before ******** took ownership and changed experience and honestly prior business had. He had the gut to just say... I am just doing my job here. Which I am just thinking he is being told to operate this way. If ******** Headquarters see this.. I welcome you to review Claim Number ******.

  The cleaning of the inside of my car was very poor. I have rubber floor mats and they were soaking wet with water standing between the ridges. The gear shift area look like trash had been dumped in it, there are places in the windshield that were totally skipped and my seat was still filthy. I was having the car wash so I can go meet a co-worker for an appointment and I did not have time to go back and complain otherwise they would be redoing it. I do not plan to return there

  The autobell on ***************** in ******** damaged my leather seat passenger side .The manager was very dismissive and stated he was going to deny my claim. This manager was a kid. They need adults there supervising them my cars interior was damaged and is going to be very costly for me to repair I will be pursuing this further.

  Waste of time and money. They literally just take your money and do nothing of what they promise or what service you paid for. No attention to detail. Car just as dirty as before arriving there.

  I took my car today; it was extra dirty, so I asked what would be the best wash I could get. I was told that the best one was $41 + and it would be cleaned well outside and inside; with Armor-all, tire gloss, and fragrance. When I was called that my car was ready (five minutes) I went out and discovered that the car had streaks of dirt still on it; the outside mirrors were dirty; the running boards were still dirty and the Armor-all had been slapped onto the surfaces and were not smoothly applied. After I mentioned several things and pointed them out, one of the employees stated they did not clean running boards since it was not part of their procedures; he did wipe some of the dirt off on the back of the car, and then walked away. I was so frustrated that I just got in my car and drove home. Then I noticed that no fragrance had been added either. When I got home, I smoothed out the Armor-all application as best I could, washed the outside mirrors and other parts that needed it. I do not intend to ever use Auto Bell again. By the way I am 82 years old and thought it was time for me to quit trying to wash my car.
