      Hoover PowerDash Pet Hard Floor Cleaner Machine, Wet Dry Vacuum FH41000/White 9/20/23 - Amazon with Warranty from Assurion $149.91 Floor cleaner brushes sit 2" from the floor and suction sits over 1" from floor. Unit spits water, but is too far from the floor to scrub or clean. This is a manufacturing issue.Contacted Amazon/Assurion and they claim I need to contact Hoover Warranty.Hoover Warranty has no active phone number or email.Chat session takes your information but never respondes.I did receive an email from ********************************** and responded. However, there has been absolutely no response from them.The FH41000 product is not listed on their website as a product they manufacture or support.

      An email has been sent to the customer requesting a video of the issue with the unit.  Once we receive the video then we can determine if this is something that can be resolved with troubleshooting or if we will need to file a warranty claim for a new replacement.

      Bought the Hoover Cleanslate Pet as a Christmas gift for myself as it was on sale. It wasnt used until after Christmas. Has been used 2x and the sprayer wont spray when I went to use it Saturday. Emailed the company same day. It has been over 48 business hours and I havent received a response. I attempted to chat this morning and here I am 30 minutes later with still no response to help resolve this issue as to why it wont spray. I did troubleshooting before contacting them by email. As previous complaints state its a dead end, but its also a waste of time and our own money if no one is there to help resolve issues! I dont want the company to just contact me once to clear this complaint, I want my product fixed or a new one sent!

      Purchased Hoover Floormate 3/23/2023 after using 3 times cleaning fluid would not dispense. Hoover replaced it and after using the replacement 3 times the cleaning fluid will not dispense

      Ordered a new PowerDash Pet Advanced carpet and upholstery cleaner. Used upholstery attachment. Very difficult to attach. Then removed attachment to use regular carpet cleaner. Water shot out everywhere, soaked my floor. Contacted Hoover (after 2 days of being on hold for 20 minutes each day) through chat online. After sending all of the information, picture of order receipt, they wanted a video of water shooting out. I told them I am not soaking my floor again, told them water was coming out where upholstery hose attaches. Both covers were closed appropriately. They wont help without video. I have since read at least 20 people have same problem. I was on chat for over 40 minutes, with no help, no new part being sent. They wont help without a video. This is ridiculous! This was the 2nd time I used the machine!

      An email was sent to the customer with some additional troubleshooting steps and it was explained for warranty purposes a video was needed. If the troubleshooting steps do not work and a video can't be sent in a Hoover ************** location was provided so they can assist with getting the issue resolved.

      I am rejecting this response because:
         I have tried their troubleshooting ideas.  Told them water was coming out of where the upholstery hose attaches.  Their next step was to travel to ******** (**************) to have it fixed.  I live in ********* and have only used the machine twice.  Why would I want to drive 40 minutes away and pay to have a shop fix it??  I will not send them a video because it took 3 days to get my floors dry after water shot out.  I read reviews after-the-fact and noticed there are a lot of reviewers experiencing the same problem.

      I could not use this vacuum because it is too heavy. It is in the original shipping box. I have tried to contact the seller and they refused my return because my return request was outside the 30-day period by 2 weeks. I cannot use this vacuum and since I'm unable to use it because of the weight, I should be able to return it for a refund.

      An email has been sent to the customer letting her know we cannot do a refund because it is past the 30 day return period. The customer purchased her unit on 12/17/2023 and had a return date for refund of 01/17/2023.  She did not contact Hoover until 03/28/2024 stating the unit was too heavy and she wanted a refund. She was notified then that we could not do a refund.  She has been offered a 30% discount on another unit.

      I purchased a Hoover Furniture and Rug cleaner in February from Amazon. It stopped working. Via email, I contacted their customer service. After a series of emails, they no longer are responding. I also chatted with them (as they dont have a phone number that I can find). Also a dead end. I have documentation of all my correspondence and chats. They assigned us with Case #**********. *** not had a response from them since submitting all proof they asked for. Can you help us get this Case resolved? I have over 10 emails and a 3 page chat, but unable to submit via this port but can provide it via snail mail. Thank you!

      I ordered a floor cleaner and it arrived defective. The machine was brand new and under warranty, I contacted Hoover *** for support. Please refer to attached documentation that specifically provides all details of this complaint. This has been a horrible experience for me.

      I ordered a hard floor cleaner and they took my payment and sent an email confirmation but have given me no response or any indication on when the product will ship. I have attempted to call, not only Hoover but every single company that is associated and owned by the parent company and none of them are operational. Its a weekday during normal business hours, and there is no way to contact anybody in this entire company.

      Purchased a Hoover vacuum that has failed numerous ways - repeatedly destroying vacuum belts, the adhesive for hose for the vacuum failed making the vacuum useless, the roller brush continues to spin when using the hose attachment on the "hard floor" setting which is how the belts get destroyed. I called on 5/1/24 about the hose and the roller brush. It is still under warranty and I would like a replacement unit. Hoover has sent replacement parts and the situation has not been fixed. They have referred me to a service center in *********************** that is no longer Hoover ************** and therefore I cannot use the warranty that was included with this purchase.

      My hoover dies three attempts after using it. I submitted a contact request on their website, and multiple weeks later I have yet to hear anything. So then I call their support line and I am told that they are closed. Multiple times on multiple days I was hung up on as the support line was closed. I called at 2pm EST and still closed. I am able to call about existing orders on that line, and I did so waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone. They said they cannot help and to call the support line that immediately hangs up. I just want a new unit or a refund. Terrible customer service and terrible reliability for a brand new unit. I was so excited and even told a friend when I first got the vacuum mop. I don't believe I would ever recommend Hoover if I cannot even reach someone who can help. Order # ******
