      Im filing a complaint regarding calls ** receiving regarding a ******* loan from 17 years ago there saying which I never had I have received nothing from this company in regards to any money I owed them and furthermore its not even on my credit report I just received a phone call one day saying I owe 5035 dollars on behalf of this ez money loan and theres 3 different agencies calling threatening me about this they have got to stop there calling my kids my family members every one about this and legal action being taken

      A person by the name of ***************************** contacted me from Aquarion Asset Management in regards to EASY ***** services have never taken out this loan in which I told her. She continued to say that the balance is over $3,000 and legal action will be pursued, and named several assets I had linked to my social like my car, bankrupes. She was very persistent with getting payment over the phone and making a payment today. I asked her who is the original debtor because this is not on my credit report. She continued to say Easy money loan services. I told her again that I never took a loan out through this company. She told me that I was responsible for it and had to pay. I do not think it's fair I have to pay this. I never received any mail stating anything just a random phone call and a payment plan.

      This company reached out to me yesterday they were very rude hung up on me if it was a debt I havd it's over 20 yrs old the have sent me no correspondence through mail.....and basically called me a lier I will be putting in a complaint with the cfpb since they want to break all kinds of laws

      I just reported this business to my attorney general's office with multiple points of data from emails, pdfs, and text messages with links to documents. They robo-called 10 different times in 2 weeks about a fictitious debt from EZ Money loans by my husband, using an old address, and his DOB, and had our current address. I combed through our credit reports and the debt never existed.

      This company is a scam. They continue to call me claiming I owe a debt and using a name I haven't had in over 15 years claiming they are "working with my current county". I have reported them to the ************************ and the Do Not Call Registry. It's crazy the amount of work scammers go through to try to defraud people.

      This company jeeps calling about me owing $939 to an "EZ Loan" that I've never done business with. I am told they "sent correspondence" to my house, which never was received. As luck would have it, I recently (in the past 3 weeks) purchased a new vehicle from the car dealership I work for, and had them pull my credit report back up while on the phone with them. No such account exists. I was then told they would just sent it to litigation and refuse to work with me any further about this. This is most certainly a scam. Especially after reading all the other reviews. Everything is identical. Canned responses, threats, talking over you.

      They said I received a loan which I never signed up for a loan. Now they sent a collection agency. Threatening me. I never ever got a loan and won't give me any detail. Threatening to freeze aset

      I had a women call me who knew all my information of my background. Insisting that I owe $3500 and she could lower it for me today if I sent $528. Telling me I borrowed money in 2019 from an ez money loan company for $600. That would never happen. I would never do that. After receiving a settlement notice through text, I sent it over to my lawyer and he immediately said scam. This is crazy. Was speaking to an American women which made this so much more believable. Total scam

      Called me telling me I owed money for a debt taken in 2011. Its 2024 and I have never heard of said HBC Houshold credit card. I asked for the account number associated with the debt. She tried to give me a reference number. I asked again for the original account number associated with it because I never took a card out nor did I live at the address associated with said debt nor did I live in the state at the time and she hung up on me. Tried to call back and surprise nobody answers the phone
