      Received a voicemail threatening legal action if I did not return the phone call and take care of this outstanding debt TODAY. Called the number back - spoke with a gentleman who immediately asked me for my SSN (which I refused to give due to not knowing what the reason for leaving such a voicemail was in the first place) - I then asked for this debt collector to send me something in the MAIL to verify that this debt is indeed MINE. I was refused multiple times and told we can send a text or an email - the address on file that this debt collector has I havent lived at for NINE YEARS. After refusing to acknowledge my request for MAIL DOCUMENTATION, I was hung up on twice. I attempted to call back x3 with no success. If a debt collector is refusing to verify a legitimate debt via MAIL, Im NOT sending any money - regardless of how much legal remedy you will be facing. We will garnish wages - how can you garnish wages when you wont even VERIFY THE **** IS MINE VIA MAIL?! This debt is also outside the statute of limitations by 2 years.

      August 5, 2024, I received an automated phone call. I pressed 1 to speak to someone to ask the name of the company and their address. The woman was rude and belligerent and said, "I did not call you," with emphasis on the "I" which told me it was an autodialer. I told her that I was entitled to now the name of the company who was contacting me. She hung up. I called back 10 times before I confirmed this company's address, a company that I have no knowledge of and have not done business with in first-person dealings. They threatened me with legal action on behalf of an unnamed creditor, which is also illegal, and that's when I was spurred into action. Now, you're in my wheelhouse, so this will become the first of many complaints and it ends with the Attorney General of NC.

      I was contacted this company stating I owed a debt for ****** plus dollars and they would work out a payment plan since it was a small amount I agreed on the condition they send me documentation instead I received a payment totaling ****** and they have yet to send me anything

      I want this company to never call me again. Not ever for any reason. They threaten legal actions and other forms of threats yet have no legal ground to do so. This organization called my number with an auto dialer. Threats made on the recording seem to mention an amount of money they are trying to collect. When I speak to people there, they are rude and will not follow my direction to cease and desist all future contact. I confirmed that whatever debt they seem to wish to collect on has aged past any and all credit reporting time lines and is no longer enforceable by any legal or court action. So they should stop contacting and harassing me to try and collect money they have no legal call for. When I specifically ask if they just understood my direction to never contact me again via telephone they hang up the phone and do not reply with n affirmative response. We are sending a cease and desist letter to their address reported at ************************************, even though their phone numbers are based in ***************

      I have no debt with the company they are collecting for or do I know the person they are saying I co-signed for. They call me every other day. I want it to stop or I will file harassment charges.

      I am rejecting this response because:i received a call today  and yesterday of this week  its a taped message and it threatens me and tells me to press 1 to speak to someone and  i press 1 and it hangs up but last week i actually spoke to someone 3 days in a row but  since i got in a arguement  last week  it does not connect me to a live operator  these are the numbers ************ and ************

      Agency called 7/15 with very vague details of an unknown debt from 2021 from 'Five Star stemming from Encore'. I asked multiple times to explain this company and debt they claimed I owe. The man calling was very rude, never answered my questions with the details I was asking for and hung up on me. I called back assuming the call dropped. He says well, we got disconnected not sure if it was intentional. I explained if it was intentional on my end why would I call back I expressed to him not to hang up and explain this call. He said you are asking the same questions. I explained because you are not answering them and he hung up again. I called back asked to speak with the manager, waited on the phone for 15 minutes no manager pickup. I called the number on the website, explained the matter to the lady that answered. She apologized and said she would get the manager to return my call, four hours later no return call. I am in the process of having my attorney contact them to determine if these are scam artists with a business license to operate as a collection agency which gives them the ability to access personal information. I will follow up on this later during the week.

      This company has been calling my number seeking money for a debt. NO ONE AT THIS ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER OWES ANYTHING. We Repeatedly tell them they have the wrong person but REFUSE to Acknowledge it. I WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING! WE HAVE NO DEBT. They could easily go into their DATABASE and REMOVE My Information. I am Using this as a WARNING TO THEM If they Continue after receiving this notice then THEY AGREE TO PAY ME a $5000 Fee For EVERY Call After 09/01/2024, AND I WILL *** THEM FOR HARASSMENT, (and Lawyer fees) and the Fee For Every Call.

      This company has called me weekly, if not daily (for example - they called 6/10, 6/11, 6/12, 6/14, and 6/17) for months attempting to collect a debt from someone I have never heard of. I have asked to be removed from their list multiple times. I have blocked their number, and they call back with a new one.
