      This company called me. I do not know anything about the origin where it came from and we are requesting over $3000 from me that I know nothing about and was asking me did I have a credit card to pay for it and also they said that they were going to put a lien on all my assets, my property, my my Bank account this company is a fraud *********************** needs to be put under bars because she is scam and all love everybody to put her in the hall of Shame

      So, the company called me to tell me about a loan that was taken out in my name that I had no idea about. I was incarcerated at the time and have proof that I was at the time, for 7 years before and 3 years after. The lady, **********************, still tried to get me to pay after I told her this and when I told her I wasn't paying because I was INCARCERATED, she says, "well, see you in court" and hung up the phone. I call back, not so nicely asking, if she thought that was the polite thing to do and she hung up again. Very rude and very unprofessional!

      They keep calling me about collections for someone else who had my number previously

      These people continue calling me claiming I owe them a debt from 2008 that even the original creditor states I do not owe. When I tell them to cease calls they use threats, profanity, and continue to call in an attempt to collect the debt. *** contacted a Consumer Attorney and I have stated this to them, that they are a FRAUD, and that they will not be receiving a dime from me and to cease contact. *** even contacted the original creditor to inform them that this company is using their name to attempt to collect a debt over 15 years old and that the original creditor and I did go to court for.

      ******* was extremely rude and argumentative. She reached out with a very heated demeanor, and I am not sure if she was already having a bad day, but It was so hurtful and mean. ******* stepped in to degrade my degree level when asking about the spelling of the company name. There was enormous unprofessionalism with these workers, and I am unsure how they call clients for payment in the facility. Someone mentioning that she hoped HR would fire me is so underlined unprofessionalism. There has to be something done with companies like this who only hire individuals who don't care about customers and bully them. This is the worst encounter I have ever experienced with debt collectors. Training needs to take place for sure. No stars for me
