    I had my siding installed in January and they had to order a vent cover that was suppose to take 2 weeks to coming in. Seven months later, numerous calls and I am still waiting. Now some of my siding is coming off and Ive yet to get a resolution. I feel like they took my money and ran and are off to the next customer. Is customer sayisfaction no longer the goal?

    They did not tell or give copy of a cancellation policy when they met with me- called salesman on Dec 12 to cancel- Rec paper work on Dec16- still no e-mail from them telling me that they had only 3 day cancel policy / asking for deposit back talked to Landon Rush refused refund

    Very experienced, knowledgeable sales representative. My house is old and he took a great deal of time to look at every inch of the outside and discuss options and recommendations I have confidence in the information he provided, and the recommendations he made If my experience of southern industries goes as well as Nick’s visit, I will be extremely happy

    Excellent personnel (sales, home office, installers). New gutters were installed after my old ones were damaged in a hail storm - no surprises, no additional fees, etc. Work was completed as quoted. Highly recommend this company!

    The salesman is great knowledgeable and very friendly. Didn't hear back from the company for a few weeks after initial visit. A guy called day before saying that stuff was in and they could come tomorrow and put in the new bathtub. They sent one guy who barely understands English and was hard to communicate with. I had a thorough talk with the sales guy and said he would place any of the rotten boards behind the bathtub and replace anything moldy with newer stuff if it was needed. However the worker told me today that he was unable to remove the moldy boards behind the wall board. There is mold all behind there and I'm not receiving what I was promised. I'm very disappointed in the company for a promising if they weren't going to deliver. However the work that they did do was nice overall. I'm just worried about all the work that hasn't been done coming back to bite us later. I have taken photos of what was left behind new installation.
