    This company has the worst follow through and follow up. I got new windows from them for my whole house, which was not inexpensive, and as of today they are still not complete. This project install was done the week between Christmas and New Years 2022, and today is July 18th. It has taken 6 and a half months and still not complete!
    The first issue was when the installers came, the bottom sash was not the agreed upon design for the grids in the windows. They said this was an easy fix and that someone would be out to replace them. I have no complaints about the installers who came. The were quick and handled my complex and large living room window beautifully.
    The replacement bottom sash with the correct design is the issue. We've has numerous missed appointments where they don't show up when they say they will. Their employee, Alex, has come with the wrong widow twice - once the wrong size and once the wrong pattern. They never answer the phone and frequently don't call back when the say they will. They also complain that our house is far from their Charlotte office, we live in Greensboro, but this wasn't an issue when they wanted our money. They are the ones who accepted the job.
    All I am interested in is getting out final window and being done with this company/project. They were quick to start billing me, but not in any hurry to complete the job. This is really disappointing since we had multiple quotes by other companies. Southern Industries was not the cheapest, but seemed like the best option. Now I regret choosing them

    My daughter was hospitalized and I continuously got phone calls, text messages and voicemails from many different numbers from this company. I had communicated over text multiple times that I was unable to verify a date, and I finally told them to stop contacting me after so many spam like calls. I still received for phone calls after that text message was sent from different numbers with the same company. There’s no communication between these workers. The person who approached my house was so sweet and kind. It’s just hard to believe that this company was that desperate that they consistently have to reach out even though I said my daughter was hospitalized. I ended up having to block five phone numbers.

    After a bad fall from tub Southern called after which on *** 2022 signed agreement for almost $8,000. It took 4 months for them start work, They did not see a problem so it took another 4 weeks to get it done. Well this is worst job. scratched ceiling, new chrome bars scratched lots of calking showing. really shotty job. also the shower head WAY too high for me to use. Called for supervisor, came out stated he would send someone out - no show. I just want a decent shower for $8,000.00. Very poor workmenship and materials.

    We had our gutters replaced as well as some siding work. This has been the worst experience we have ever endured with a home improvement company. We have had nothing but problems due to the poor installation of the products. Issues from poor installation and product leaking (which could potentially cause more issues) to installers writing on our furniture. (however, no one is taking responsibility for)We have contacted the project manager on numerous occasions and sent photos and videos of our concerns and have yet to have them addressed. Only on one occasion was one of our issues addressed, however, it took a few weeks and numerous phone calls and text messages to get a response. We had our Windows replaced with this company years ago and it was a smooth process. With our windows, we never had an issue! This is why we chose to go round two with this company for our home improvement needs. In the future, we will not use or recommend this company. We are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication as well as poor installation. I would really like to upload the video of the complete walk-through around the house. It would give a better understanding of our frustrations. Since posting this review on their site, little has been done to resolve this matter. We were offered a 5% inconvenience discount. But honestly, the whole process has been an inconvenience. They have agreed to come out and do a proper installation, but we are not convinced since the appointment to come out has already been changed (same song and dance we have had to deal with since day one). We have been sent from person to person and still feel like nothing is being taken seriously. We would prefer to not even have their product on our home, that's how extremely unsatisfied we are.

    Yes in fact your company has been in contact with us. And yes you have agreed to replace all of the gutters and siding work that was installed improperly.
    However this would not be necessary had the job been installed properly in the first place. Also I might add that we were told by two separate associates with your establishment that we would be "guaranteed "we would not have any more issues once the new installation process was complete. This would refer to the company giving us a guarantee, that would also include the manufacturers/product guarantee.We have repeatedly asked for this in writing as well as a revised copy of the new financial agreement including the 5% inconvenience discount. (A minimal discount, which feels like a slap in the face, after all the time wasted dealing with faulty installation and product)All of these things still does not excuse the poor installation and lack of respect for our property your crews displayed with the prior installation. We appreciate that everything will be replaced and installed properly this following weekend. What's still baffles us, is why the installers felt the need to write on our outdoor furniture! This was highly disrespectful!!
