      I have no complaints for the doctors, but the billing department has very bad customer service. They have no will to help you, just want to collect money. I had an overpayment which had been passed more than 6 months, my insurance provider finally paid them after I paid the bill. Thus, they should refund me the extra I already paid. I double checked with my insurance provider, and called them several times to confirm that they DID pay Charlotte ******* center. However, Charlotte ******* refused to refund me. They claimed medical insurance to pay them, and also sent me a bill. They got money from both of the insurance providers and patients. They are very greedy!! Their attitude was very mean and rude. Very BAD experience with their customer service.

      Met with ************* and his associates today. All were very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the clear and detailed explanation ************* provided, and rather than dive into a possible cataract procedure, after receiving and further reviewing the results of my eye exams, he suggested I see the retina specialist first to clarify, verify, and further determine if cataract or other procedures are necessary. He further explained my three options and the cost and expectations of each. This was the type of examination appointment anyone would want. Highly recommend.

      I just had surgery yesterday with ****************. For a Dr. having been in practice as long as he has, he has the best "bed side" manners imaginable. Every time you meet with ****************, he makes you feel like your his only patient. My surgery went great and the entire staff at the South Park location could not have been more caring. I was a bit out of it and unfortunately I cant remember all their names but from arrival to release, I was in great hands.Thank you **************** and the entire staff for the care you have provided me.

      My office visit was at the ***************** Everyone is friendly & pleasant. From the moment I walked in the office: I was seen within a few minutes. My eye examination was thorough. Support ******* DR. **** very professional & explained my ********************* plan. I would recommend **************** to family friends .

      Such a compassionate and professional office from check-in to our visit with *****************. He really listened, asked questions, and developed a treatment plan. I didnt feel rushed at all and walked out feeling confidentl that the health issue would be resolved.
