      We strongly caution any business from engaging with iSolved.Our experience has been fraught with billing disc***ancies, failed customer support, and negligent service delivery that directly disrupted our payroll operations and financial stability.Since onboarding, we encountered ***eated instances of:Unexplained overcharges far beyond our original agreement, with no clear invoicing or accountability.Payroll errors that resulted in employees being paid only for mileage, omitting their regular wages an error that took weeks to correct despite multiple escalations.A duplicate payroll run, initiated without authorization, which caused a severe overdraft on our business account. Though ********************** acknowledged the mistake and promised reimbursement for related bank fees, the fees were never returned.A dedicated *** who was completely unreachable, routinely placing calls on hold indefinitely or disconnecting altogether.Attempts to obtain answers or accountability led to a bureaucratic nightmare we were bounced between departments with no one taking responsibility. Several inquiries went unanswered for months, even on time-sensitive matters affecting employee *******, during termination, we are being asked to complete a form disguised as a feedback survey, requiring us to acknowledge charges and responsibilities with no option to decline, dispute, or seek clarification. This approach is deceptive and **************** less than 18 months, iSolved has demonstrated a pattern of disregard for professional standards, transparency, and basic customer service. We are deeply dissatisfied with our experience and strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution before entering into any agreement with this company.

      Crooks! We used them for two years. They were hacked and someone put their account and routing number on my account and got my check! You would Think youd get an email confirming the change was legit but nope! THEN to fix the problem they ran a special payroll without our authorization and took more money out of our account causing it to overdraft. THEN because the money was not retrievable from the fraudulent person the funds were not returned to ** even tho it was their site that was hacked! THEN I was told to run another payroll we had to pay to make the account not negative that THEY overdrew! So, my check was stolen and I lost that money and Isolved in order to pay my employees expected me to lose more. My bank encouraged me to file a police report, covered my over draft charges and I instead wrote all of my employees a personal check for the payroll and am Switching companies. How can a company be so frivolous with personal info then blame their clients and charge them for their mistakes and feel they can take money out of their account as they wish when they wish? No accountability and laughably unprofessional company. Got me for several thousand. Be aware!!!!

      Our company switched to Isolved to manage our HSA/FSA/Dependent care accounts. It's been an absolute disaster. Any time I call customer service, the wait is ***** minutes. The customer service people all give conflicting information from each other, and nobody really knows what is going on. I tried to email my question, and they responded back 3 weeks later! I would stay far away from Isolved if you are a company looking for a a Benefits ******** vendor.

      They have terminated coverage multiple times during the ***** period. If you click the wrong thing on their website, terminated. After re-instatement of coverage, they will then randomly stop automatically charging your credit card one month them immediately terminate coverage yet again, without sending a notice or invoice, just a "your coverage has been terminated letter." Their customer service is non-existent as you can't reach any human at their phone #. You are put on hold for 1-2 hours with no response, no matter when you call. If you leave a message to return your call (as they instruct when you're waiting), you get no return call. No one answers their help email address they list on their contact page.

      They denied my hospital bill and now I can't get ahold of anyone via phone or email after I submitted receipts. HOW DO YOU DENY A HOSPITAL **** BEING PAID WITH MY OWN MONEY?! Now my card is frozen with over $1k of unused money that they won't let me access. Hire more people if you're so swamped you can't respond too emails and answer phones!!!!

      I can't get a call back or reply from anyone in the ************************** I have spoken to people in other departments who are unable to help me and all they can say is, " This is a busy time of year." I have made many calls and wasted hours of waiting to be connected with someone. No one calls back, no contact. I am unable to get my insurance benefits started. I am in immediate need of them.

      I wish I could leave zero stars! I had several iSolved FSA payments get denied even though I submitted receipts to the portal. They limit how many receipts you can upload so I also sent emails with the ***** I have called customer "service" literally dozens of times since December and either wait on hold for 4+ hours with no response or wait hours and then hit 8 for a call back and they NEVER EVER call back! I am left with no other assumption than the fact that they want to steal my FSA money. I paid over $9K in out of pocket medical expenses and am burying them with the receipts and EOBs but they keep denying my claims. WTH??? I have had **** for as long as I have worked and have NEVER had this type of issue before. BBB or the attorney general or someone needs to shut this place down. This is more than shady, it's criminal. Do not work with this company!

      ***************! Will not answer or return phone calls and can't reach out for customer support on the website. Declined my card and can't get any kind of support, the automated system is a complete joke and a huge PITA. Will be canceling our *** just so I don't have to deal with this SCAM of a company. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

      I got laid off from my job mid Nov. It is now the end of January. I sent notice letting them know I do not want cobra but want to continue dental and vision. I STILL have not heard back and do not have my benefits! This is totally rediculous!! The deadline is January 29th. Today is January 27.

      I had BCB Shield of ******************. With the Insurance came a benefits FSA/HSA card from Isolved ***************** I have tried to contact them by the given phone number on the card. This number doesn't connect you to their company at all! After several attempts with a phone number found online, I got Nowhere! I then emailed them on January 6, 2025. I received an automated response with a case #. It took them until January ******* to reply. They blame it on peak enrollment times... Funny there peak enrollment times must be year around?!I Will *** Ever Agree to ****************** Again! This is an absurd way of doing business!
