      ******** customer service! Takes weeks to get anything accomplished, your business is clearly not a priority. It's like pulling teeth to grt anything accomplished. Stay away! I highly regret going with Insperity who uses iSolved as their platform. Do your research guys. Don't make the same mistake we did. Go elsewhere.

They "manage" the ***** payments for me, and put me through the wringer over the last ten days, as they refused to acknowledge that they had been paid the December premium in late November. I experienced some of the same things others have mentioned here, such as the inability to actually talk to anyone, calls disconnected after an hour, despite hitting the "3" key to stay on hold, etc... In the end, I worked with my bank to stop payment on the check I sent iSolved in November, and I used their Paymentus payment tool, at an increased cost to me, to make sure they received the money. I couldn't stand the very real possibility of them saying they had not received the second check sent by *****, and because the ***** period for December was over, having my health insurance be cancelled.I received a call from iSolved on 1/2, and the *** said he was calling to see if I needed any help resolving my issue. I told him that I had taken care of it myself, after his company did nothing for me, and if I hadn't, my insurance would have lapsed on 1/1, for non payment of the December premium. I was told that the issue with the initial check not being received was an issue caused by the post office, and that the iSolved address my back sent the check to, the address listed on the iSolved invoice, is actually a post office box for my bank! To say this is ludicrous and laughable doesn't say enough. Everyone was at fault except iSolved, despite the process I used working fine for all payments for the March through November premiums. Stay far, far away from these folks. They don't actually solve anything.

      We have been trying for multiple months to get our debit card for our *** account so we can utilize our funds. They have supposedly sent three cards now and we have not seen a single one. We will lose our account funds in two days because we do not have the money to go upfront appointments and expenses. What receipts we did turn in they denied reimbursement.

      Isolved has changed dramatically in the last two years. First of all, you cannot get through to talk to anyone. They do NOT answer the phone anymore. You'll wait on hold for an hour before it disconnects you. Message will say someone will call you back, but plan to wait an entire day if you get a call at all. Horrendous customer service if and when you get to speak with someone. Shameful overall. They hold your money - but make you wait to talk to someone, let alone receive it. Unacceptable!

      This is a horrible company. I had my 401(k) through them which was setup by an employer of mine. After leaving the company, I needed to rollover my funds to another account. After a literal WEEK of trying to do this, there is no way to get my money because THEIR website refuses to send the verification codes before timing out. They are no help. The only option they have given me is to let them keep my money and roll it into one of THEIR accounts. No. Give me my money. Their website is a nightmare. It does mot provide any information about my account that is needed. Their login process sometimes takes up to 36 hours to send a verification code. The warnings that pop up on their site are immediately closed so you do not have time to read them. I have tried on both a computer and mobile and the same issues persist. It seems to me like they intentionally put in place these faults to force you to leave your money with them. They should be investigated for criminal behaviors. Even talking with them on the phone is zero help.

      The user interface is very clunky. They never figured out where and how to send employee w-2s. **************** is abysmal - no one ever answers emails; can't ever reach the "dedicated" customer service rep. ***** are plenty of way better payroll services - don't use this miserable service.

      I have been making payments to iSolved for Cobra coverage since June 2024 only to find out in this past Thursday (10/10) that my provider (******) was never notified and my medical insurance had lapsed. It has taken MULTIPLE conversations with ******, my former company and iSolved to work through this issue--it is still not resolved. Everyone wants to point fingers at the other institution meanwhile I am sitting here with paid invoices, no coverage, an immediate medical need, and according to Anthem no coverage because iSolved has failed to inform them of my payments. This is nothing new further to others who have registered similar complaints on this site. Clearly this system is broken and iSolved does not have a meaningful way for customers to proactively engage on their own behalf to facilitate a solution. I was told by two iSolved **** that "Anthem dropped the ball." ****** says that they continue to wait for iSolved to forward my file and proof of payment, and no one seems to care that I have an invoice showing payment on an iSolved invoice with the header "Continuation Coverage Invoice" and ANTHEM PPO HSA referenced throughout. iSolved seems unmotivated to fix this recurrent customer complaint/issue otherwise they would not have people continuing to post about the same issue. Nor would there be one hour wait times to speak to a ***resentative who says it is the insurance company that is at fault, says they will follow up via email to the insurance company and cc the customer, and then never act on this promise. Also, online chat***/bot twice provided a different response than the *** I spoke with. One star is far too generous. Please iSolved, FIX THIS PROBLEM before someone is turned away from a medical facility for being "uninsured" in a time of crisis only to end in dire consequences for them.

      Beware. iSolved is unreliable. The BBB should update their rating and accreditation to a CCC, at best. Since January, iSolved has failed in every category, from customer service to overcharging service fees and mismanaging tax services. They mistakenly sent payments to the *** for contractors, an error we caught. However, they did not take necessary steps to correct it in time, and it remains unresolved because iSolved is unwilling to proactively address or rectify issues. We've wasted so much time trying to get them to do their job that we've started processing our own payroll to avoid further frustration. They continue to overcharge us for services they do not provide. Read the filed complaints. Their response, "We deeply regret the experience this client has gone through. We are working internally to review and improve processes to ensure no other clients experience this frustration," is just another false statement from an organization that appears either corrupt or incompetent.

      The organization I work for has been using isolved since 2014 for payroll and now house our entire employee lifecycle in their system. It has been great to add new features over the years as they are constantly innovating the platform.

      I have been using Isloved for a little over 3 years now, *********** I work for has been using them for longer. I am thrilled with what Isloved has to offer. They have given me the opportunity to grow in my career and the training classes that they offer have helped me elevate as an HR Coordinator. One thing I really like about Isolved is that it saves me a lot of time when it comes to my in office tasks. Things that would have taken me a longer time to complete now take little to no time at all. This allows me to focus on things such as the Employee Experience. They are solving many issues by being a full service company. Sometimes it is a little more difficult to reach support, but for the most part I am able to get my questions and concerns answered in a timely manner.
