      My company has been using isolved since Jan 2017. The transition was seamless going from in-house payroll to an outside company. We process payroll, onboarding, benefits, and use isolved Hire to post to job boards.Customer service has been good. I have a dedicated email address to contact and usually they respond within 24 hours, but if something is urgent, I can call. I never even have to be transferred. The person that picks up the phone helps me right then. This has been multiple people.The job board functions are helpful. It posts to Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and about 10 other sites for no extra charge. I can communicate with potiental hires either by email or sms text.The employees have self-service access to their information and paystubs and year end forms either by the website, or a mobile site.Payroll processing is easy. We don't use their clock-in system so I just upload a spreadsheet that I get from our register system that I format to their specifications.Reports are helpful and comprehensive. I love that I can make custom reports. They track benefits eligibility like health insurance and 401(k). They even submit our 401k deposits to that Empower Retirement.

      Since changing payroll companies we have saved time and money on processing our payroll. Our benefits open enrollment has never been smoother. **************** is phenomenal. I usually get an answer for a problem as soon as I call. I really love Isolved and how easy they have made our day to day

      Horrible company! Ive sent this company payments as soon as I receive an invoice. They take weeks to cash the checks. Despite them receiving my check almost a month ago I still have no vision insurance. My husband was turned away at the store saying unless we have insurance we have to pay. Isolved said they are working with my dental insurance to resolve the matter and its been 3 weeks and still has not been resolved.

      I solved benefits are the ones that work with cobra in ********** that collect your payment for health insurances I canceled my health insurance April 28 but their program does not tell you you also have to cancel your reoccurring payment on another separate tab. I was under the impression that they were linked together and automatically would do that it did not. Instead they took my payment out May 1 and now were telling me that they wont issue a check back for a refund until the third Friday of the following month which means I will not receive my money back until two months later which is ridiculous when you took out my money electronically on that first day most companies issue it back 5 to 7 business days. This company is terrible to work with. I will never ever use them if I have to file for cobra.

      We love iSolved HCM! We were previously using different platforms, but iSolved was able to provide all three in one platform. The capabilities seem endless, though we only use a limited number of the services (we're a small company). They are always prompt and helpful with the basic issues we have incurred. I am happy we decided to go with iSolved!

      I was a customer for over 9 years. In the beginning they were great in the customer service and follow-up. Starting around 2018 the company changed, we had numerous tax problems that took over 9 months to resolve costing our business in penalty's and fines from the government. They were terrible in communications. We had to bother them daily to get any answers. We sold our business and still two years after the sale they still are haunting us. Failed to report to the Social Security w2 wage report. Five email and zero response. Took down the w2 from 2021 to the local SS office and filed the report ourselves. Don't waste your time with this company. I wouldn't give them a 1 star!!!!

      This company is a joke. We received numerous emails that their time management services were reaching their end of life at the end of 2022 and customers would no longer be supported. Therefore we located another service over the summer. Now Isolved is telling us that we did not give them a two month notice that we were terminating and that we would continue to be billed through October 2023. Not sure why you would need to notify a company that your canceling services, when they are sending you emails telling you their services are no longer going to be offered. I tried reaching out to their Quality Control Specialist ***************************, and he will not even respond to emails. laughable. We will be contesting these charges with our credit card company. Find a different company - these guys are crooks

Per our contractual agreement, provided to you upon your inquiry, a notice period is required to cancel. Our communication of the end of support for the Timeforce product did not establish any material change to our agreement that was in place. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that we have the opportunity to work with you again in the future.

      They leave much to be desired in terms of employee FSA releases, if I could switch companies I would. Seriously considering dropping the fsa, due to unreliable reimbursements, I called for 3 days and finally got ahold of someone to be told it's year end my ***************** will have to wait. Yet I ******* sitting there I have yet to use. They are ENTIRELY too busy to deal with me or my money.
