1 starWe were referred to ERX back in August of 2024 and they came out in October and November 2024 to patch our roof with tarp. And knocked out our ceiling in the living room because we had a tree from the front yard fall onto the house from Hurricane ******. They put up tarp in our living room to protect our floors from further water damage. Wood is rotting real bad in attic because of water damage. We dont want the attic to cave in. Because when it rains, it also rains in the house. I can still hear big or little water droplets hitting the tarp thats dividing our living room from the attic. When it storms you can hear everything clearly. Then wind almost one time pulled the tarp up. It was a very scary ordeal. We are in fear of whats to occur next to our home because another hurricane season is approaching us once again. The insects are finding ways into the home because of water damage and we are still exposed to outside exposure because the roof has not been fixed. A roof inspection report was done and it said we had signs of leaks all on the roof. Buckled shingles, deformed edges, granule loss, staining and algae and **** growing on roof, nails popping out of place, sagging roof, ridge vent damage. Its apparently approaching another year and we have been showed disappointment after disappointment with trying to get us a brand new roof put on and our gutters being completely done.A new living room ceiling needs to be put back in and our belongings returned back to our residence from ERX warehouse. Our insurance adjuster has paid them all the money they can give them $25,000 and more. If we pay another installer it will cost us more money we dont have to give and we just want to trust in ERX to finish the work they have started. We suppose to be in a flat lined state with them but so much time has past we are in July 2025 of this year with still no work has been done to our home. Please someone please reach out to us. We had water damage to our home in February of 2025, we didnt know who to call , so we reach out to Emergency Restoration Xperts (ERX), it has been a horrible experience, 1st ******* came by my home had me to sign over my checks for payment in advance, We didnt know we suppose to wait, we are senior citizens, which thinking may not be as ******, They supposed to fixed our ceiling and have requested more money from our insur *** several times and has failed to fix it 5 times, they have been working on the ceiling over a month, they sent painters out that didnt do a professional job, we are still trying to clean up after them, we are limited to use our home , due to their errors in fixing the ceiling etc. , they are not as courteous as they were before ******* received payment up front, now the company are telling us we have to wait until 5/12/25, before they can come back to complete the work, please be careful when you choose a restoration company, get legal advice for your contract , I havent went legal yet . I hope I dont have to.

We still have issues with this project , I have contacted and sent pictures to your project manager. It is 3 months with project, when I was told that this was a 3 week project, I had to settle for a flooring that didnt match or compare with the one you removed, , the picture that was shown to me doesnt look like the engineer wood you installed or the floors or the quality of the wood you removed , the guys left glue everywhere and didnt complete the install correctly. someone came out to clean sone of the mess, but I had to go back over every floor and re wipe most of the areas they said they clean , they used my compliance to clean , and left my vacuum cleaner sitting outside of my home.I am very disappointed and dis satisfied with this company, we need to be compensatedReview fromCece M

5 starsOur water heater on the second floor had a leak and they sent an expert out ASAP. They were able to set up equipment so fast to stop the water from spreading and damaging more of the floor and the primary bedroom underneath.Review fromMorghan B

Started out good but then I saw the bill to my insurance company and I said none of this was done at all , a over charge of $2872. ******* , I called my insurance company and said don't pay then . After going through the bill with ERX I was told OH your insurance company and you both have money and I kept getting calls from ERX to release the funds. ERX adjusted the bill and said I get a refund of $790. to me so I called my insurance company to release the funds. ERX keeps saying my check in the mail but it isn't after 6 months, this company has good employees and horrible upper management , they take advantage of customers and insurance companies, look for another company besides ERXEmergency Restoration Experts

5 starsWe hade a windstorm come through in April that caused the shingles on our roof to become damaged. I called ERX to complete the mitigation and repairs on our home. They were there the same day as I called to mitigate the water damage in my guest bedroom. After everything was dried out, they immediately began repairs and within 3 weeks, we had a completely brand new roof and remodeled guest room. We could not be more satisfied with quality, professionalism, and responsiveness of ERX. **** was our Project Manager and everything that he said would be done, it has been done to perfection.
