1 starDO NOT RECOMMEND! 10/29/20, a tree hit my house. ERX was retained, via ****************** (a ******************** Partner), who State Farm recommended I use. In the 2+ years it has taken, their subcontractors were fired, the roofer threatening a lien against my property until ERX paid him, ceiling fan blades & lights in 4 rooms thrown out instead of reinstalled & a "supplement" invoice for State Farm to pay it, heat vent covers in 2 rooms thrown out, of which 1 room was paid for by ERX, the other by State Farm. How can a business charge an insurance company for negligence on their part?! Shady accounting practices!The new roof was put on in March/April 2021. No leaf guards were installed at that time. They have been this year, since I paid for a home inspection & the report noted very clogged gutters & no guards. There have been lifted *************** pops that the home inspection was concerned about - addressed on multiple occasions. Things got bad enough at one point, that I put a cease & desist on work & retained attorneys to intervene.A customized skylight was replaced with a much smaller one, because the roofer couldn't wait. No itemized invoices were ever produced, despite repeated requests. It has been close to a $100,000 job. Invoices with a mere "Supplement" or "Installment" was all they would produce. There are a couple of employees who are redeeming for the company, but otherwise it's shady & shoddy work. Quick to get money. Inability to produce itemized and detailed invoices. Work that didn't pass inspections. Complacent & irritated responses to my "perpetual list" of things still needing to be addressed.I have since hired my own contractor to rectify ERX work & ensure it is to *********** inspection report standards. Graced out of all responsibility!God only knows what will happen if I need to call upon the warranty. It's like an insurance scam. Note: I do not want a response from ERX! ERX restored my floors from water damage earlier this year, and now my floors are starting to come up and they are saying they will not cover the repairs even though I have a warranty. I have called this company 5 times already and they are trying to get me to go back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer didn't install my flooring, they hired a subcontractor to do the work. I will never work with company again.
