  My wife and I have hired ERX on two different occasionsonce for a 1 day project, and once for a 2 week project. In both cases we were very satisfied with their work and processes. I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.

  ERX is a professional company that provides quality work. They helped with a roof leak and provided excellent service. Also, they have helped with some water damage and the work was exceptional. ERX is responsive to questions, professional, and provides great service. They left the workplace in a good condition. ERX is highly recommended.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND..this company is a joke and love insurance claims! They dont do a great job,they dont honor the sh**ty work they do. My kitchen had to be redone 3times, the paint job was horrible! Only thing they did right was pack up items..and half of my stuff the workers stole or threw away! Then they replaced a small piece in my bathroom and cause the problem to look worse,send someone out from the company he suppose to sent somebody to look at the roof???????? nobody has showed! Oh and by the way the charge extra money for the bullsh*t work charged a extra $249 and couldnt tell me where it came from! This company is a big joke down to the office crew! And dont let them lie saying they in touch with the customer,cause they dont FIND SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO THE WORK I WANT EVERY RECOMMEND OR USE THEM,WISH I KNEW BETTER! You live and learn!

  After further investigation, it appears that our original scope was for damage resulting from a kitchen stove fire. After our team arrived and began to fix the kitchen damage, they were informed of a leak in the master bathroom separate from the fire. In addition to our original scope of work, we removed the damaged drywall and repaired the area, but did not repair the leak from the roof itself. We informed the homeowner that in order to stop the bathroom ceiling damage from occurring again, the roof leak would have to be found and repaired, but as mentioned, our original scope of work that was approved by the insurance was for damage resulting from a kitchen fire. The items that were thrown away, had been labeled trash and left out for the team to discard. After repairs were completed, during a walkthrough the homeowner and a guest noted additional repairs to be made in the kitchen that went beyond what the insurance had approved to pay for. The homeowner was informed of this, but asked that we proceed with the repairs anyway. It's noted in our system that several team members had tried getting in contact with the homeowner, but to no avail resulting in the inability to stay "in touch." It's unfortunate that this job didn't go over as smoothly as we had hoped, but we pride ourselves on our integrity and dedication to rectify any issues.

  ERX was recommended by my insurance company to repair water damage in my house. They were great to work with, well-organized, flexible in working with me, got things done in a timely manner. The Project Manager was really nice and very helpful, the workers were also really nice people and the quality of the work was great. We're very happy with all of it.

  ERX helped us in rebuilding after some unfortunate water damage that affected two levels of our home. They were very responsive to our questions, professional during the rebuild process, and helpful with insurance filings.

  ERX saved the day. My home had a flood due to a burst water heater and the ERX team was at my home within an hour to clean up and start the drying. Once everything was fully dried the quickly had the drywall, painting and flooring replaced to get my home back to the way it was before the flood. Thanks ERX.

  This company was great when I was faced with my home flooding due to a ruptured hot water tank. They were patient with me and explained everything , every step being taken to restore my home. The work was excellent and Im happy to be back in my home, which looks great. I would certainly recommend them, I share their information when asked.
