5 starsIve been a Priority Advantage member with Morris-Jenkins since 2011, and the level of service Ive received over the years has always been outstanding. Most recently, on July 15th, I had my heat pump replaced by installation specialists *** **** and ***** Cabanaand I couldnt be more impressed.Les and ***** were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my home. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. **** did a great job solving the task of correcting the distribution of air throughout the house. He had to find the controls for the vents in the house crawl space and adjust those duct controls to provide an even flow of air from the air conditioner to all the rooms. He drew up some plans of the duct work to assist future technicians. He posses a troubleshooting mentality. He is a valuable asset to his employer

5 starsI had ***** from Morris Jenkins attend my electrical honey do list. It felt so great to have an electrician that makes suggestions that will make completion actually better than I hoped. He arrived on time, stayed until everything was completed and made sure to clean up any mess made to do the job. I think the cost was fair for everything completed. I just got our yearly service for 2 hvac systems at our house done by Braydon from Morris Jenkins. We have 2 systems that are between 2 and 3 years old. One is a little newer than the other. The visit was the best we have ever experienced - with prompt and very courteous service. Braydon was outstanding and asked many questions in an effort to help and to make sure he understood all our concerns. He also showed much respect making sure that even where he parked was acceptable. He then proceeded to service our hvac equipment and despite the heat this time of year, he put in a huge amount of effort making sure everything was cleaned and working at its best. It is rare to see such an attitude to the customer anymore, it was so great and very refreshing to realize that there are still some people that really care and always try their best to help. I know when leaving a review here I can give 1-5 stars - but I want to change this and give Braydon 9 stars so that anyone reading this review understand what it means to be a customer and get really great service.Morris-Jenkins

5 stars******* was great, kept us updated on when he would arrive, and knew his stuff. He is HVAC, and fixed our problem quickly. Then we asked that he look at a leak under a sink. Though not a plumber, he found a leak and offered to ask for a plumber appointment for us, which he did. He was friendly and professional. Thanks Morris Jenkins.Review fromJames T

5 starsFirst experience with Morris-Jenkins, and it was fantastic. ****** and **** installed our new water heater, and were on time and so fast. When they were fi ished, it looked like they hadn't even been in the house, it was so clean. This was on top of the great initial consultation. The one thing that really made it for me was, they called the next day, unsolicited and said, we think we could have done a better job on the venting, can we come and fix it? I said yes, u would have never noticed, but they did, and arrived the next day when they said they would and cleaned it up in no time. 5 starsMorris Jenkins service tech **** showed up right on time today and replaced a leaking evaporator coil. Even though the improved version was a little longer, **** was able to modify the duct system and all works perfectly now. Thanks for an excellent experience.
