      Do not fall for this company! Been a Paying "Priority Advantage" member since 2014 for services that no longer exist according to their customer service. The company allowed me and other customers to pay over $360 a year for services that no longer exist? Why yes they did and stated that If I chose to relinquish my monthly payment I would lose the 12yr Platinum parts and Labor warranty and would have a 10 yr warranty with 2yr labor warranty for date of purchase which was 2019. A $16,000 dollar a/c and Gas furnace that I have to pay $360 dollar a year for two LATE services and a Platinum warranty? I'm not paying for the cheesy commercials anymore, I'm tired of the false advertising I.E. Start your A/C gently? It's September and they just scheduled an A/C start up cleaning. So for those of us who have paid for services that no longer exist, false warranties with small writing, we would like our money back. I would never recommend a company such as this getting rich on taking advantage of people.

      We just had a wonderful young lady come and fix our A/C unit in the pouring down rain. No complaining, a beautiful smile on her face the whole time. Seeing an intelligent young woman excelling in her chosen field is a joy. Heartfelt thanks, *****! On time, professional, and efficient, ***** got it going on!

      My service technician was very nice and polite but that is all the positives I have for this company. I just moved into my 1st house and came home from work with the A/C not working. Called Morris-Jenkins and they came out in a pretty quick amount of time. HOWEVER, once the technician diagnosed the problem he provided me with 2 solutions. 1 being the temporary fix which costs $600 and the long term solution costing $1500. All because some ants had climbed into the unit and messed with the starter and there was a small leak in the coil. They replaced a part and I chose the "cheaper" route. I called a local company the next day that my brother in law recommended and when he took a look at everything, he said the starter that Morris Jenkins put in the unit costs $40 retail and he would have charged me around that plus tax. I had heard that this company tries to scam people and I truly believe it now. The local company technician said they also earn commissions at Morris-Jenkins so it makes sense for technicians to try and charge you an outrageous amount of money because it goes into their own pocket! I wouldn't necessarily say they are a horrible company, but I would advise using strong caution when calling them to come out (which is an automatic $89) and would instead look at using a local company

      *************** went above and beyond when he came to take a look at some water leaks and discuss our need to re pipe our whole house (not great news to get) but he helped us keep calm and understand all of our options. We appreciate their team always coming out so quickly and their payment plan set up process is so quick and easy. We also had *************************** also came out late last night for our initial concern and he was very kind and helpful as well. *************************** came out for our yearly hvac/air system maintenance and was great as well! A great company to hire it seems, which is nice to find as brand new homeowners. Thank you!

      I have worked with Morris Jenkins for many years. The technicians are very competent and professionals. They offer to change the filters, to change the batteries in the fire alarms/CO2, besides doing the maintenance of heater/AC systems. I do not have a single complaint about their services.
