      This should be less than 1 star. My 96 year old mother was on contract with Morris Jenkins for years and her AC went out. Called for service and the *** said he could recharge for ******* replace the coil for ******* neither of which he could say would fix the problem. She had them do the Freon for ******* which didn't last the weekend. They wanted to come back and replace the unit but I had another company come who repaired the unit for ****** and it's still working fine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Everyone I've talked to says they are terrible.

      This is ******* ***** at **********************************************************************. I called earlier this week to have my shower handle looked at. I had already bought the part and I had already disassembled everything except the center pole. The service guy showed up and was able to get that centerpiece pulled out. He was here for 15 minutes and charged me over $300. Thats exorbitant and I didnt see any advantage to be a priority advantage member. I will probably cancel my contract and also posting on ************* The tech explained that he had no control over the price that it was already set for that job. How outrageous the cost was for 15 minutes. You can respond back via text.

      *****, came out to our home on a call for service we just made the day prior. Thank God! Morris-Jenkins was able to get him to our house so quick, because when he went into the attic to check the A/C unit, there was a gas leak coming from the regulator connected to the furnace. He did an outstanding Job repairing the A/C issue, but most importantly replacing the regulator which could have caused a serious accident had he not come. Thank you!, Thank you!, Thank you! God bless you *****. MJ gets 10 stars! from us.

      Our air conditioner compressor died on Tuesday and ***** came out this afternoon to replace the part. He showed up on time, he was professional and happy to be able to help me get my house cooling again. This happened during the hottest days of the year thus far, so after two days of sweating I am thrilled to be feeling cooler again!

      Had a plumbing project go wrong with a shower faucet replacement. ****** with Morris-Jenkins came out and was professional, efficient and provided a fair and detailed quote. He provided the answers to my questions before I had to ask and was able to fix then & there but had other companies say it would be a day+ until they could fix it. The quality repair was clean, and tested. I was so impressed with the service I optd to go with their monthly service for peace of mind if ever needed.. Happiest Ive been with a company is a long time, highly recommend ******!

      This is not my first time leaving a review for Morris Jenkins, but first on BBB. If that doesnt show how much I truly appreciate them, I am not sure what will. I have had the pleasure of meeting multiple amazing technicians with Morris Jenkins and ******* was one of them. He was kind, thorough and personable. He took the time to explain to me the details of the work he did and truly went above and beyond. People like ******* are the reason why my family continues to use Morris Jenkins after all these years. Thank you all for your hard work!

      We had a great experience with Morris Jenkins and more specifically ****** **** ****** showed up early in our appointment window for what should have been routine maintenance on our ** system. During the initial check ****** kept us informed, was extremely thorough and took plenty of pictures to show us before/after as well as areas he had recommendations for. After agreeing to replace several parts which were showing extreme wear and could endanger the ** as we got into the summer, ****** got to work. He knocked out the outdoor repair but when we tried to fire the system back up, the blower would not engage and no cold air would flow into the house. ****** was not discouraged and spent the next hour troubleshooting the problem which turned out to be a bad zone controller board. He immediately ordered the part and went to work replacing the blower motor which had started leaking oil. After finishing that replacement the new zone control board had arrived and ****** installed that without ******** total ****** spent five hours at our home for what should have been an hour or two. He was positive the entire time, regularly updating us as to what was going on. ****** is one of the best techs we've ever had and we greatly appreciated his professionalism and calmness during our HV** adventure. Morris Jenkins is lucky to have ****** and we will be requesting him in the future for any HV** needs that we have. This is a great company and we would recommend them to anyone.
