5 stars****** did an amazing job on clearing out our drains! He was very professional, arrived before promised and very knowledgeable. He should be a manager and train the other technicians. Very pleased with the outstanding service!

5 starsAs soon as Mr. ******* entered the house, the aura changed. We forgot that we had been without air conditioning for several days. He checked everything, gave an estimate and helped with the documents. We signed up for a membership. Thank you very much. PS : For many years I have not seen a master come and be in such a clean uniform. I felt sorry for his white shirt.I also, want to add , that the dispatcher who spoke to us on the phone was very polite and had a kind voice. Thank you so much.Review fromKathleen L

1 starVery prompt and responsive but flat out lied and said out HVAC unit was "fried" and had to be replaced. They pressured a purchase and spoke poorly of other groups. However I got a 2nd opinion and the were able to fix the problem in minutes and for 4% the cost of what Morris Jenkins was trying to force us to spend to replace prematurely.Morris-Jenkins

1 starWe were charged $824.46 to replace the water heater elements in our townhome. When I heard about the charge I called Morris Jenkins and talked to a plumbing supervisor who told me they charge a "flat rate" fee. The job took two hours. I later looked up the price for the two heater elements needed for the exact water heater on ****** website, they were ~$41 total for both. A new comparable ** ***** water heater at ****** was $569 plus tax and installation. Oh, we did get a $78 discount as a gold or valued member savings. I realize companies have to cover their cost and make money but I feel this is very excessive and I would call it price gouging of unknowing female consumers. Personally, I feel as though my family members were taken advantage of in this situation.Morris-Jenkins

5 starsMorris-Jenkins has the best technicians that Ive been using for the last 4 years. *** came out yesterday for my yearly service on the A/C unit. He was professional, and pleasant to work with. This company has always been out when needed in an emergency or just for yearly service. They do heating units, A/C units, and Plumbing. 5 starsWe had a drippy kitchen faucet, 2 toilets needing some over haul, a laundry room sink that was leaking and an upstairs toilet needed upgraded. ***** to the rescue. I cannot tell you what a wonderful young man he is and what a fantastic plumber. Friendly, gracious, professional and a great representative of ******- *******.
